“Recently bought more of the shampoo and conditioner bars which are excellent. Have ordered quite a few things from EarthBits and have never had any problems. The orders are processed quickly, arrive well packed in recyclable packaging so no plastics which is great.”

Hello, I am very sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately the first card got lost in post but as soon as you notified us, we sent out a replacement by first class, as you made it known to us you'd still be happy to receive it. We also apologises by email for the delay and tried to make it right with sending a replacement card as per your request. Unfortunately we are not in control of the post system but we feel we did our best to make up for it. Kind regards, Fran
