Later we saw that the previous user had broken off the wing mirror and taped it back on!!! When we returned the car , the returns point didn't correspond to the postcode they had given us, so more panic and 45 mins of driving around (no answer from them on the phone of course).

00 fuel cover, They know all returns are catching flights so they can enforce the rip off methods they practise, they are a disgrace and a amateurish outfit.

Returns procedure was a nightmare - one chap dealing with drop offs and couriering passenger to the airport so a long time delay with the possibility of missed flights.

Is it company policy or is it Peterborough depot trying to improve returns - I really don't know but be sure to avoid Peterborough branch.

- There is no "full to full" fuel service, I was told I had to buy £30 of fuel from the rental firm and bring back empty (I hate doing empty returns).
