Property is located off air port property so be prepared to add another 15 minute shuttle to the rental office through the toughest part of Phoenix. The customer service reps lacked a lot - rude, lack of communication, terrible. Car was enormous when I reserved small. Just avoid this !

Warning for Canadian Travelers - Unacceptable Experience As a Canadian renting during my December 2025 visit, I encountered serious issues that cost me significantly more money and time. The Problems: After waiting 2 hours in line with only 2 staff members working at an incredibly slow pace, I was hit with an unwelcome surprise. Despite having valid Canadian insurance coverage, they refused to accept it and forced me to purchase their insurance + interstate charges at approximately $51/day. This alone more than doubled my total rental cost compared to what I would have paid with reputable companies like National or Enterprise. For Fellow Canadians: Before booking, be aware that this company may not honor Canadian insurance policies, leading to massive unexpected charges. The combination of poor staffing, long wait times, and insurance rejection made this one of the worst rental experiences I've had. My Recommendation: Canadian travelers should stick with major brands like National, Enterprise, or Hertz that consistently accept Canadian insurance and provide better service. The "savings" advertised by budget companies disappear quickly when they tack on mandatory insurance fees and waste hours of your vacation time. Save yourself the headache and extra cost - rent from a company that respects Canadian documentation and values customer time.

Before contacting xwaxt.com, I had spent days trying to figure out the issue on my own. Every attempt only made the situation more confusing, and I felt completely stuck. Reaching out to their team was the turning point. They responded with impressive speed, listened carefully to everything I explained, and immediately took the situation seriously. Their calm, structured approach helped me understand what was actually happening and what needed to be done. At every stage, they communicated clearly, checked in consistently, and made sure I never felt lost or overwhelmed. Their professionalism wasn’t just about solving the problem—it was also about ensuring I felt supported the entire time. Thanks to their guidance, something that seemed stressful and overwhelming became manageable and ultimately resolved. I’m genuinely grateful for the care, patience, and expertise they provided.

Terrible experience. Since easirent.com is “off site,” you have get on a 2nd shuttle from main airport to rental cars shuttle. We waited 30+ minutes for the easirent shuttle. The driver was rude to an elderly gentleman and would not let him sit up front. Once at the easirent office, there was more waiting. We were charged a $25/day out of state fee since we’d be driving out of state. It was $400+ in required fees and then a $250 deposit. The guy at the counter made us show him our return flight confirmation. The whole operation was very shady. 0/10 never again.

Ditto everything everyone else has said. A constellation of hidden fees presented at the counter almost tripled the cost of the rental. The car had a bad tire that produced instability at highway speeds, and something was knocking around in the rear end--it sounded like something was going to fall off of the car.

Do not reccomend Easirent!! Expedia found them for us at a lower rate than other companies so we accepted. What a mistake! Their shuttle takes you to an off airport building so you are stuck in the middle of nowhere! Then, they proceed to tell you that unless you have the declaration page of your car insurance policy to present to them (who carries that?), there would be a mandatory extra insurance charge, the basic and lowest rate being $70.00!! Even presenting a current car insurance card showing FULL coverage would not be accepted. So here you are in the middle of nowhere being forced to pay $70 above the quote given by Easement & Expedia!! Of course there was no manager on the premises and a promise to call me back went unfulfilled two days later when returning the car. After many, many phone calls with no luck, they finally responded to Expedia that there is nothing they would do. In our opinion, this is a rip-off, a SCAM!! They are presented with proof of full insurance and refuse it.You either pay it or leave empty handed. In addition, their cars are very basic models & not cleaned well, and basically for a year old car felt beat up.

Charges were added after we had already agreed on a price! Car was dirty even though they told us it was clean. The car was damaged on the outside and dirty on the inside. fingerprints and hand smears on the windshield and windows side and back. Seats were filthy from spilled coffee or whatever. too many negatives to list. Then we get a bill for $50 for a toll charge we didn't even know we went thru.

I DO NOT recommend Easirent. (if I could give zero stars, I would) I had a deeply frustrating experience with Easirent at Palm Beach International Airport. I made a reservation to rent a car, only to discover that they require a staggering $1,000 holding deposit. In my year of renting cars, I've never encountered such an exorbitant deposit, especially for vehicles that are not high-value or luxury cars. This seems arbitrary and unjustified, leading me to believe they selectively impose high deposits based on personal bias. Additionally, I checked their website, which clearly states a $250 deposit, further adding to my frustration. This discrepancy raises concerns about their practices and transparency. The overall appearance of the rental location felt unprofessional and shady, and the staff seemed unkempt and untrustworthy. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Easirent. There are reputable, name-brand companies with far better service and policies. I plan to report this experience to the Better Business Bureau and encourage others to think twice before choosing this rental service.

Very bad customer. We have to wait almost 3 hours just to pick up the rental car. Customer very rude and not helpful. They charge extra for everything even rental is unlimited. The car is old and dirty. Don’t wast your time and money to book here.

I recently rented a car from EASIRENT at the West Palm Beach International Airport location and had an absolutely fantastic experience. JOHN JOSEPH was the representative who assisted me, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was incredibly professional, had the car ready exactly on time, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. I didn’t have to wait around at all, and everything was handled with care and attention. I genuinely wish John the best of luck—he’s truly the perfect person for this kind of service. Overall, it was just a great experience, and I’d highly recommend Easyrent at the West Palm International Airport.

The bargain rate of $12 a day turned out to be $44 a day for a one week rental. Priceline included unlimited mileage, however in the fine print rent if a local renter, you don't qualify for the unlimited mileage and have to pay an additional $108 fee for one week hidden fee is the airport concession fee that they when I didn't go through the airport to get my car. Finally, while the car is a nice Nissan Ultima, every fender had a dent and scratches, the driver side rear was broken, and there is no other paperwork car. I received an email copy of my rental agreement after I left the office, which is when I found out about the excessive fees. I would advise buyer beware and go with a local reputable rental agency. There's a $500 deposit required as well as the $308 rental charge!! definitely the most expensive rental car I've received today! Buyer beware!!!!
