I was hesitant to use Easirent as I had a bad experience last time. I have had a complete change of heart and mind. The gentleman that helped me name is Noor. Absolutely the most wonderful, professional, personable, and knowledgeable person I have worked with in quite some time. I will 100% use Easirent from now and forever. I am a local renter without a credit car and having only a debit card. Even though other companies say they will rent a car under these circumstances, they WILL NOT. Easirent is different. They will rent to locals with only a debit card. And it was over $200 cheaper than anywhere else. I am so happy and so will my mom. She's having surgery in ten days and I'm taking her on a little trip.

Easirent has so many hidden charges it’s disgraceful. The car ended up costing me twice as much as Expedias quote. I wouldn’t have taken it but I was pressed for time. Got 1300 miles from home and noticed that the license plate had expired in June of 24. If I make it home without a ticket it’ll amaze me. Do not rent from Easirent.

This is the worst rental place I've ever dealt with. You have to sign in and take a seat. The person next to me had been waiting over an hour and there was only one person helping people. Please don't waste your money; I wish I would've read the reviews. If I could give zero stars I would.

Bait and Switch! The location on the Expedia website for Houston Bush Airport is not correct. It is in a different hotel. The car I agreed to on line was $200 unlimited miles for a week. When I arrived, there was a $20 per day charge for unlimited mileage and $20 for crossing state lines, which was not mentioned on line. When I would not agree to the extra charges, I cancelled and left. When I tried to get a refund, Easirent refused to refund my money.

July 5th. Waited an hour for our Malibu in Salt Lake City. Car had to be cleaned. Staff was rude. You save money but considering the lack of speedy service, poor customer service and the fact that it is not conveniently located at airport, it’s not worth the trouble. The car was clean inside and out, which is the only positive thing I can say. Be sure and check reviews on line. Plenty of negative feedback. Rates 1.5 out of 5 stars. If I could I’d give .5 stars. Bottom line in review says it all. You’d be wiser to rent from a reputable rental company. Just picked up. I’ll write another review when car is returned. Always read reviews. My spouse didn’t. Big mistake.

I set up a car rental through Priceline and EASIRENT had the lowest price so I thought great I will go with them. Well to start the only place I can rent is the Jacksonville airport but they are not even at the airport, they are in some hotel. They did have a shuttle so that was one good thing about this company. I waited in line to pick up my vehicle for over an hour. When I finally got to check in the employee told me that I only had a certain amount of miles per day that I could use. He also told me that there would be a $500 hold on my credit card. Then after a few minutes of complaining he said he would waive the $500 and just hold $250 and I could have unlimited miles. I got to my car and the first thing I noticed was was when I opened the door it smelled like weed and was totally dirty. I drove the car for 3 days but my reservation was for 7. I got pulled over for expired tags on the car. The employees in that place left a lot to be desired and tried to push unneeded extras. I will not be renting from them ever again.

Never again. First and last. I have never seen such a car rental company in my life. Their service is very bad. I waited for 2 hours at the airport. Finally I went to pick up the car by taxi. Everything was a nightmare. There is no professionalism at all. They take $500 deposit and say we will give it back in exactly one month. We will see if they give it. I rented the car for 4 days, I called on the last day and said I wanted to extend it for one more day, they wanted $223 for one day. It is a complete disgust. Don't be fooled by this company because it is cheap. I never recommend it.

Horrible customer service. The individuals working at the facility were rude, yelling across the room at each other and other customers. They had just relocated to the location and it looked as if they were running a scam service. The floors were bare concrete, the two desks were set up on each side of the room, and there were three chairs for customers. The line of people waiting as around 6 people and we all stood there until we were called to be helped. It took about 30 minutes to be helped. When it was my turn, I was asked to sign three documents, show proof of insurance and driver's license. They then told me that if there was any damage to the windows that I would be responsible for the cost, they will not go through the insurance. When the keys were handed to us we were told to make a video of the car for proof of the current damage. We were then told the type of vehicle and walked out of the facility by ourselves. No thank you or have a great day. Apon finding the car we immediately noticed that the cat had front end damage. We recorded the damage and entering the car to find that it was filthy. The seats were stained, the dashboard and steering wheel were grimy and had dirt covering them. When wee returned the car, an individual stood at the garage door and bellowed for us to bring the car to him. He had us sign a document and let us know that we were good to go. The transportation to and from the airport was interesting to say the least. They had 1 transport running and the process took about 1/2 hour each way. I will never rent from this company again.

This company will charge you in a agreement with a bundle deal and charge you again in person. Paid for a rental left stranded in a foreign state. Won't ever use this company or recommend it over actual rental companies

I usually prefer to handle things on my own, but after weeks of getting nowhere with a platform issue, I realized I needed help. A friend who had faced a similar situation recommended PARADIGM RECOVERY FIRM . From the beginning, they were professional, clear in their communication, and truly listened to my concerns. Throughout the entire process, I felt informed, supported, and respected. Everything was handled efficiently, and I’m genuinely relieved I chose to reach out when I did.

Rented Easirent JAX. NIghtmare! Couldn't find shuttle pickup and no one answers the phone at Easirent. Finally get to the shadiest office ever and wait 45 mins. for world's slowest rental agent to help merely 2 people in front of us. When finally my turn, I Had to repeat all info that I had already entered when reserving the car. What a waste!! When we get into car, immediately warning light "Engine Malfunction, service immediately" is on. When I tell the agent he assures me "there is nothing wrong with that car." It idled very rough, but otherwise ran OK. Return was equally challenging (SLOW). I won't use them nor the third party site(Expedia) again, it was so bad.

We reserved a car from Easirent (through a 3rd party website) to pick up after arriving at the Houston Hobby airport. We waited about 5 minutes outside and then asked another shuttle driver for info and was told we had to call Easirent for a shuttle, which we did. It took many calls over about 30 more minutes to get an answer and my husband was told the shuttle would be there in 10-15 minutes. When 20 minutes came and went, we got an Uber instead and made other arrangements for transportation while in town. Overall, we were left waiting out in the heat being a mosquito buffet for just shy of an hour with NO effort from Easirent to pick us up. Thankfully I did not prepay for the rental but I'm still watching my credit card to be sure nothing was charged for the weekend reservation.

Do not rent from Easirent! NIGHTMARE! 1)They have bad customer service. 2) They charge for damages not caused by you months later. AVOID EASIRENT AT ALL COST! NOT WORTH IT!

We arrived at the pickup location at the Phoenix airport just as the shuttle was leaving. Assuming it would be right back we waited for nearly an hour and half. We called customer service twice and were told both times the shuttle would be there within 5-10min. Also, after calling to complain to the manager, she hung up on us. The shuttle never arrived. Many passengers were left with the choice of getting a taxi service to the Easirent Car Rental. After getting an Uber we arrived to the location only to have to write our name down on a list. The customer service was horrible and we received no discount for any of the troubles. It took us at least another hour and half to receive a vehicle. This company is the worst rental car company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them based off my experience and several others. They deserve a zero as a rating!

I gave them one star only because I couldn't give them zero. First of all (more of an fyi) Easirent is a company who’s Phoenix airport pickup is actually outside of the airport. You have to walk to the visitor parking lot and wait for a shuttle. The shuttle then takes you to an off-site office. There is another company that does this as well, but the difference is that they have 3 shuttles come in the time that it takes Easirent to send one. When we arrived at the rental place we were with 3 other families. We were informed that they only had 1 car available. We were informed that they had “40 cars that were supposed to be returned” but that were still out. They claimed that they had no idea when a car would be available. After waiting 30-45 minutes they were able to find a car for us to use. Prior to obtaining the car, we had to pay what was explained to us as a “holding fee”. Due to the craziness of the experience and the extensive amount of time we had spent just getting the car we admittedly did not pay as close attention as we should have to what we were signing. A few weeks after returning the car I kept checking to see if the amount had been refunded to our credit card and it hadn’t. Upon further investigation what we had signed and paid for was actually additional insurance. This was insurance that we didn’t need (as we had already purchased additional insurance, plus we had our own coverage) and wouldn’t have agreed to had we understood and paid attention to what we were signing. I attempted to explain the situation and receive at least a partial refund, but they refused. Why didn’t they have it in their system that we had already purchased additional insurance? Or did they know and they had us purchase more anyway. And they never asked for proof of our personal car insurance. While we were renting the car we realized that the registration in the glovebox did not match the license plates that were on the car. The registration was for different plate numbers on Florida plates. The plates on the car were Texas plates. As soon as I realized this I called the Phoenix office. The first thing the woman recommended was for us to come back to the rental office. I informed her that we were over 2 hours away and that we were not going to waste time and money on a mistake that they had made. I informed her that they needed to bring someone to us and bring the correct registration. The woman stated that I would need to speak with a manager. She told me that I should leave a message, explaining the situation and that someone would call me THAT DAY to resolve the issue. I never heard from anyone. I will NEVER use this company again and would highly recommend that you don’t either.

Quote doubled when we went to pick up the car. Ended up leaving the airport by Taxi and renting from another company for half of the price. Never again!

I gotta give credit where credit is due, I flew into Houston (Bush) on Friday 3/14. My uber ride from the airport to the hotel (7 miles) was right at $50. Seeing that I was gonna be there for the whole weekend figured I may as well rent a car if 1 uber is $50. I looked on Priceline and saw that Easirent had a Hyundai Santa Fe "or similar" for appx $20 a day. I booked it for the next morning (Sat.) and picked it up as soon as they opened. I paid Priceline the initial $40 and when I got to Easirent, I opted for the toll pass ($15 per day for Sat/Sun) but was able to use my own insurance to cover the rental. My rental was right at $90 total...($40+$30 and whatever taxes & fees they add). I'm cool with that cause as I said earlier, Ubering around the whole weekend didn't make good financial sense. The only kicker was the $250 security deposit which I was prepared for but it did kinda sting a lil' bit. I was given a brand new Nissan Rouge w/ maybe 2400 miles. It was clean and didn't smell like smoke. I enjoyed my weekend... Fast forward to Sunday, I checked out of my hotel and I brought the Rouge back filled up. There was no damage to the room or on the rental so there's no reason either business would have to keep my deposits. Easirent provided me a shuttle to the airport and I flew back home. Around Wednesday morning my hotel deposit was returned and I was like, "ok Easirent, any day now." I started to get a little worried so I went online to see how long they take to return security deposits. I ended up reading the reviews on Easirent; why on Earth did I do that? Everything I read was horrible, "EASIRENT IS A SCAM... THEY KEPT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT...IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD" I was so shook that I ended up calling Easirent just to make sure everything was good. Thursday morning I checked my balance and there it was, all $250. Easirent did right by me so I feel that its only right to praise them when they're doing right cause ya'll giving them the BLUES for doing everyone wrong.
