“I recently rented a car from EASIRENT at the West Palm Beach International Airport location and had an absolutely fantastic experience. JOHN JOSEPH was the representative who assisted me, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was incredibly professional, had the car ready exactly on time, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. I didn’t have to wait around at all, and everything was handled with care and attention. I genuinely wish John the best of luck—he’s truly the perfect person for this kind of service. Overall, it was just a great experience, and I’d highly recommend Easyrent at the West Palm International Airport.”
“I was hesitant to use Easirent as I had a bad experience last time. I have had a complete change of heart and mind. The gentleman that helped me name is Noor. Absolutely the most wonderful, professional, personable, and knowledgeable person I have worked with in quite some time.
I will 100% use Easirent from now and forever. I am a local renter without a credit car and having only a debit card. Even though other companies say they will rent a car under these circumstances, they WILL NOT. Easirent is different. They will rent to locals with only a debit card. And it was over $200 cheaper than anywhere else.
I am so happy and so will my mom. She's having surgery in ten days and I'm taking her on a little trip.”
“I gotta give credit where credit is due, I flew into Houston (Bush) on Friday 3/14. My uber ride from the airport to the hotel (7 miles) was right at $50. Seeing that I was gonna be there for the whole weekend figured I may as well rent a car if 1 uber is $50. I looked on Priceline and saw that Easirent had a Hyundai Santa Fe "or similar" for appx $20 a day. I booked it for the next morning (Sat.) and picked it up as soon as they opened. I paid Priceline the initial $40 and when I got to Easirent, I opted for the toll pass ($15 per day for Sat/Sun) but was able to use my own insurance to cover the rental. My rental was right at $90 total...($40+$30 and whatever taxes & fees they add). I'm cool with that cause as I said earlier, Ubering around the whole weekend didn't make good financial sense. The only kicker was the $250 security deposit which I was prepared for but it did kinda sting a lil' bit. I was given a brand new Nissan Rouge w/ maybe 2400 miles. It was clean and didn't smell like smoke.
I enjoyed my weekend...
Fast forward to Sunday, I checked out of my hotel and I brought the Rouge back filled up. There was no damage to the room or on the rental so there's no reason either business would have to keep my deposits. Easirent provided me a shuttle to the airport and I flew back home. Around Wednesday morning my hotel deposit was returned and I was like, "ok Easirent, any day now." I started to get a little worried so I went online to see how long they take to return security deposits. I ended up reading the reviews on Easirent; why on Earth did I do that? Everything I read was horrible, "EASIRENT IS A SCAM... THEY KEPT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT...IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD" I was so shook that I ended up calling Easirent just to make sure everything was good. Thursday morning I checked my balance and there it was, all $250. Easirent did right by me so I feel that its only right to praise them when they're doing right cause ya'll giving them the BLUES for doing everyone wrong.”
“Scumbag scammers ! They coerced me in to buying a $124 Florida Sun Pass at the Jacksonville depot, when in reality I could have used my existing E-Z Pass, or just paid for the minimal tolls I would have accrued on a one week rental. I’m inclined to contact the FLORIDA AG about this fraudulent practice.”

“Excellent price and friendly service
I'm seeing a lot of low rated reviews but my wife and I had an excellent experience with them. We needed an automobile while in Salt Lake City, Utah. The cost was 50% less than the competitors! It isn't as streamlined as some of the other companies but basically someone picked us up at the airport in a reasonable fashion and dropped us off at the office. The check in took longer than most other establishments but the line wasn't long and we got a very nice automobile which was clean and drove well. There aren't alot of bells and whistles with this company but I'm willing to pay over 50% less to maybe wait a little longer to get the car. The car return was effortless and there was a shuttle that just drove in to take us back to the airport. All the staff were very polite and nice both getting the car and returning it. It's not the gold treatment but you also aren't paying gold prices to get a very nice ride.

“I recently had my car break down on me with limited options on how to get to work the next day, or complete any tasks until I came across Easirent in Fort Lauderdale.
I was blown away by how simple and fast it was to book this rental service at night and especially being last minute. The best part of all was being greeted by the friendliest employees, especially a woman named Kay!
Kay truly turned this chaotic and stressful day around with her professionalism and overall positive attitude!! I am so grateful to have encountered such a wonderful company and will continue to utilize their rental service in the future.
I thank Kay and all her efforts for assisting me with such ease and providing me with an amazing car to enjoy!”
“I need a last minute truck rental, in Tampa, to move something. I booked a same day pickup and went to pick up the truck. I cannot say enough about Michael’s professionalism. After a short wait, I was greeted with a smile and kind words. There were a couple issues with it being a rental I made 1 hour prior. Michael went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle I needed to move my items. Due to his calm demeanor and reassurance, I too was calm. It seems a lot of workers today don’t want to be at their job, especially customer service jobs. It was my first rental from easirent, definitely not my last. Thank you Michael for going above and beyond!”
“At Easirent in TPA airport it was a pleasure the good service from Sam at the counter, my granddaughter had delays in her flight from Dallas and he was very cooperative, gentle, and treat us with respect and a friendly smile. When returning vehicle, he does his best to move her with husband and child to the airport. If you go to that facility please ask for Sam or Michael, they are 5 Star persons”
“Sam helped us at the Tampa Airport Location, very kind and pleasant , the staff were all kind to us, and the van pick up from the airport was a plus , we loved the service,”
