Do not reccomend Easirent!! Expedia found them for us at a lower rate than other companies so we accepted. What a mistake! Their shuttle takes you to an off airport building so you are stuck in the middle of nowhere! Then, they proceed to tell you that unless you have the declaration page of your car insurance policy to present to them (who carries that?), there would be a mandatory extra insurance charge, the basic and lowest rate being $70.00!! Even presenting a current car insurance card showing FULL coverage would not be accepted. So here you are in the middle of nowhere being forced to pay $70 above the quote given by Easement & Expedia!! Of course there was no manager on the premises and a promise to call me back went unfulfilled two days later when returning the car. After many, many phone calls with no luck, they finally responded to Expedia that there is nothing they would do. In our opinion, this is a rip-off, a SCAM!! They are presented with proof of full insurance and refuse it.You either pay it or leave empty handed. In addition, their cars are very basic models & not cleaned well, and basically for a year old car felt beat up.

Charges were added after we had already agreed on a price! Car was dirty even though they told us it was clean. The car was damaged on the outside and dirty on the inside. fingerprints and hand smears on the windshield and windows side and back. Seats were filthy from spilled coffee or whatever. too many negatives to list. Then we get a bill for $50 for a toll charge we didn't even know we went thru.

I DO NOT recommend Easirent. (if I could give zero stars, I would) I had a deeply frustrating experience with Easirent at Palm Beach International Airport. I made a reservation to rent a car, only to discover that they require a staggering $1,000 holding deposit. In my year of renting cars, I've never encountered such an exorbitant deposit, especially for vehicles that are not high-value or luxury cars. This seems arbitrary and unjustified, leading me to believe they selectively impose high deposits based on personal bias. Additionally, I checked their website, which clearly states a $250 deposit, further adding to my frustration. This discrepancy raises concerns about their practices and transparency. The overall appearance of the rental location felt unprofessional and shady, and the staff seemed unkempt and untrustworthy. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Easirent. There are reputable, name-brand companies with far better service and policies. I plan to report this experience to the Better Business Bureau and encourage others to think twice before choosing this rental service.

Very bad customer. We have to wait almost 3 hours just to pick up the rental car. Customer very rude and not helpful. They charge extra for everything even rental is unlimited. The car is old and dirty. Don’t wast your time and money to book here.

The bargain rate of $12 a day turned out to be $44 a day for a one week rental. Priceline included unlimited mileage, however in the fine print rent if a local renter, you don't qualify for the unlimited mileage and have to pay an additional $108 fee for one week hidden fee is the airport concession fee that they when I didn't go through the airport to get my car. Finally, while the car is a nice Nissan Ultima, every fender had a dent and scratches, the driver side rear was broken, and there is no other paperwork car. I received an email copy of my rental agreement after I left the office, which is when I found out about the excessive fees. I would advise buyer beware and go with a local reputable rental agency. There's a $500 deposit required as well as the $308 rental charge!! definitely the most expensive rental car I've received today! Buyer beware!!!!

As the old saying goes, I would give them 0 zero stars if I could. When I called from the airport at the rental shuttle pick up, they said that my reservation was not available. Then they said they had no cars available. And then they just left us sitting there with no car. Never again.

EASIRENT is crooked, immoral and underhanded. Charged me for a rental car I never drove. I smelled the sleaziness when I went into the Ft. Lauderdale location. Went through all the paperwork at location but I never took possession of the car because they would not accept my insurance so I walked out. They charged me anyway, bastards. My CC company is disputing this matter as I write this. Stay away from EASIRENT they are liars and thieves.

Would never rent a vehicle again from them. Pick up for the shuttle is very confusing because there description is not at the airport it’s after you take a shuttle From the airport to another drop off, no marked signs or anything. I called for assistance and the man that answered was very rude and not helpful. Finally got there, very unorganized, in the middle of nowhere. The charges for anyone except who made the reservation which was my elderly dad that can’t drive. They told us we couldn’t have the car unless we paid More for me to be put on and the list kept going… Do not rent from this company.

Arriving off site from Las Vegas airport into the building, they holler for you to sign in & take a seat. Most people have been waiting 50+ mins just to check in for the rental car that was paid up front weeks ago. Complete joke!! The staff literally sit in chairs & talk to each other while customers who have prepaid are just waiting to get their vehicle.

Worst experience ever dealing with a car rental company. I made a reservation for a JAX to MCO airports (Jacksonville, FL to Orlando, FL). Upon arrival to pick up the car, I was told that an additional one-way fee would be charged "because we can't lose money", according to the person at the counter. When I asked how much that would be, he replied "it's usually $1,000, but we'll charge you only $250". They did that to other customers picking up cars, apparently tourists who had to just pay or risk getting stranded at the location, which is not at the airport. All car rental companies charge a one-way fee, but they always disclose it at the time of booking. When I left the place, a customer was yelling "this is a scam!!!" And it is, if they don't disclose the fee at booking, as all rental car companies do.

Easirent has so many hidden charges it’s disgraceful. The car ended up costing me twice as much as Expedias quote. I wouldn’t have taken it but I was pressed for time. Got 1300 miles from home and noticed that the license plate had expired in June of 24. If I make it home without a ticket it’ll amaze me. Do not rent from Easirent.

This is the worst rental place I've ever dealt with. You have to sign in and take a seat. The person next to me had been waiting over an hour and there was only one person helping people. Please don't waste your money; I wish I would've read the reviews. If I could give zero stars I would.

Bait and Switch! The location on the Expedia website for Houston Bush Airport is not correct. It is in a different hotel. The car I agreed to on line was $200 unlimited miles for a week. When I arrived, there was a $20 per day charge for unlimited mileage and $20 for crossing state lines, which was not mentioned on line. When I would not agree to the extra charges, I cancelled and left. When I tried to get a refund, Easirent refused to refund my money.

July 5th. Waited an hour for our Malibu in Salt Lake City. Car had to be cleaned. Staff was rude. You save money but considering the lack of speedy service, poor customer service and the fact that it is not conveniently located at airport, it’s not worth the trouble. The car was clean inside and out, which is the only positive thing I can say. Be sure and check reviews on line. Plenty of negative feedback. Rates 1.5 out of 5 stars. If I could I’d give .5 stars. Bottom line in review says it all. You’d be wiser to rent from a reputable rental company. Just picked up. I’ll write another review when car is returned. Always read reviews. My spouse didn’t. Big mistake.

I set up a car rental through Priceline and EASIRENT had the lowest price so I thought great I will go with them. Well to start the only place I can rent is the Jacksonville airport but they are not even at the airport, they are in some hotel. They did have a shuttle so that was one good thing about this company. I waited in line to pick up my vehicle for over an hour. When I finally got to check in the employee told me that I only had a certain amount of miles per day that I could use. He also told me that there would be a $500 hold on my credit card. Then after a few minutes of complaining he said he would waive the $500 and just hold $250 and I could have unlimited miles. I got to my car and the first thing I noticed was was when I opened the door it smelled like weed and was totally dirty. I drove the car for 3 days but my reservation was for 7. I got pulled over for expired tags on the car. The employees in that place left a lot to be desired and tried to push unneeded extras. I will not be renting from them ever again.

Never again. First and last. I have never seen such a car rental company in my life. Their service is very bad. I waited for 2 hours at the airport. Finally I went to pick up the car by taxi. Everything was a nightmare. There is no professionalism at all. They take $500 deposit and say we will give it back in exactly one month. We will see if they give it. I rented the car for 4 days, I called on the last day and said I wanted to extend it for one more day, they wanted $223 for one day. It is a complete disgust. Don't be fooled by this company because it is cheap. I never recommend it.
