Let me start with this is not my first time using this service and I'm PLEASED
with the service they provide. The cost is definitely the attraction for people. Some just endup here because their booking at another company fell thru or just looking for something last-minute. However you got there..easirental and their service reps are not magician's.
I got there at 11 am and had 6 people in front of me. I had my insurance information flight information on my phone with 4% battery life.

I got to Marvin hernandez @ about 1:10pm. Phone dead no proof of my insurance, no flight information.
Gave Marvin my name and he went to work. Showed me the different options for insurance. Informed me that it's a 260.oo deposit HOLD on your CRESIT CARD which they returned when you return the car undamaged. Gave me a few papers to sign and I was out the door by 1:25 pm.
Over thoughts. MARVIN HERNANDEZ IS A HERO in my eyes. I saw people run from going to him because they thought he didn't know what he was doing. When infact yhe customers that come don't have reservations, no insurance information and debit cards looking for credit card benefits.
Get you paper work together before you get there and know what you need to provide and you and everyone else can be in and out like I was 10.mimutes. I know people were rushing to MARVIN HERNANDEZ AFTER I LEFT. Great service. I will be renting from easirental everything im in south Florida.
This is a follow-up to my last post with a few tips that you can do to speed up the process and make your experience pleasurable.
1. Make a reservation and get a number number BEFORE you get to the office
(Preregistering will also help for when you get In The office)
2. Utilizing a credit card is by far the best option
(If your going to use a debit card there will be a few more steps and fees you will have to accept)
3. Your Flight information (deposit will be less with as opposed to more without) I dint have mine and had to get higher deposit HOLD on my card..

“We rented near Miami airport and had a really great experience. At first glance, the place looks a little sketchy but I have no complaints about the way everything went. Frank got all the paperwork completed and was friendly and efficient. The car was awesome. Tip … don’t wait too long to get gas before returning the car. Not too many options if you wait too long. When we arrived to return the car, the shuttle driver was about to leave but he waited for us, quickly checked us back in, and then helped load our luggage in the shuttle. Quick trip to airport. A good value and an experience that could not have gone better.”

“Financially the best deal I could find. Slightly further from the airport than the rental village but they provide a fast shuttle service which arrived within a few minutes.
The staff were absolutely delightful, friendly and chatty with good advice about how much time to allow to get back to the airport.
The office was basic but clean and had comfortable seating (specially provided in red, white and blue for the jubilee 😂😂)
The car was very clean and ideal for my needs.
Seems like a small company but I will definitely recommend them and use them again”

If you’re going to deal with a representative Request to have Jonal D. To assist you. I know there’s a lot of bad reviews however, this gentleman was able to make my experience 5 star. I’ve had to rent cars on several instances in the past month. And Jonal has assisted me with the utmost courtesy. I’ve dealt with other clerks that didn’t go above and beyond. However Jonal always notifies his superiors on my delays and wait time to expedite my service. Not all clerks are the same and he represents this company in a professional level. I almost decided to never rent from these guys do to experiences with other staf members however he set the bar and i still continue to due business with easirent. You guys should commend him and give him a managerial position or raise.”

“I hire from Easirent at least once a month. Danny at Gatwick is really helpful, professional and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the Easirent team and I’ve hired from Heathrow, Luton and Gatwick regularly over the last 3 years. The cars are always clean and they do exactly what they say they’ll do. Service with a smile always.”
“I've just returned a car after 8 days rental from the gatwick branch and cannot fault the experience. I chose a ford focus or similar and received a 2019 Renault Captur in immaculate condition. It had all the gadgets I could hope for - carplay, heated seats, electric dash display. The rental was £7 a day which i thought an absolute bargain and so i expected to get the hard sell on upgraded insurance when picking up the car. The man did suggest i take enhanced insurance for around £350 which i declined. He then suggested a less comprehensive for £250 which I also declined...and that was it.
I've just dropped it off, no fuss, no push back. 10/10!”
