“I am very impressed with the service. I accidentally ordered the wrong model of Metabones speedbooster. When I contacted Eastwood sound and vision by e-mail they got back to me very quickly. I received the correct model the day after I had returned the original purchase.”

“Ordered an Apogee ONE for MAC and iOS. That was the cheapest available from the searches I performed in the UK. Though their website mentioned any order placed before 2pm will be posted the same day, my order was only dispatched a day after. They apologized for this delay as apparently it was for the stock delivery. Pity I ordered only based on their claim as I had a gig over the weekend I wanted to use the ONE. However thanks to the delivery company who also delivered on a Saturday due to which I could use the ONE. The product itself is good so far, though there's a small learning curve involved.”

“Over the last 3 years we have purchased several times from Eastwood Sound & Vision including Blackmagic Audio Monitors, Teranax 3D Standard Converter & Processor & Decimator 16 Channel Multiviewers just to name a few. We have always found them to be very competitive on price which being a small company is probably what attracted us in the first place. Richard has always proven to be most helpful from a technical & sales point & is more than ably supported by Louise on the invoice/finance side of things. Delivery is prompt & if they don't have it in stock they are quick to order it & delivery is often direct from their supplier in an effort to save time & get it to you asap. With ES&V you get the whole package, choice, quality products, help, advice, support, backup & we have no hesitation in recommending them & will continue to purchase from them. Flo @ Crosspoint”

“10 out of 10 I could not ask for more. No sooner had I ordered on line that contact back via phone was made. (Sonnet's USB 3.0+eSATA Thunderbolt Adapter). I was told when I would receive my purchase the next working day (Monday) as I ordered Friday afternoon. Tracking was available a email told me within 6o min of when it would arrive. Thank You!”
