Selected option for Saturday delivery on checkout, received message from DPD notifying of Monday delivery. Called to enquire and was told that I would have to pay extra for Saturday delivery as my browser (Chrome) had cropped the rest of the line item I had selected. Sent screen grab of option selected, showing that the text gives reasonable understanding that paying the extra £10 for my order actions Saturday delivery. They showed little interest on the phone and required extra funds. I understand that website issues can occur, but when making the purchase, I accepted the terms that were clearly visible and didn't appear in any way to be erroneous. Honouring the sale would have resolved this situation favourably. Won't use again.

My recent online shopping experience with EVS first appeared simple and efficient. I picked the item I wanted, which was in stock. I then filled in my details for payment and address, and paid the total amount that was displayed. I was then contacted the next day to say I needed to pay an extra £20+ vat for delivery. My issue is not having to pay for delivery. It's firstly, I should have been told this once I added my address before purchase. Secondly, and most inportantly was the ridiculous cost of 20+ vat for postage, and to add insult to injury this was for two day delivery. I made decision to go ahead with the purchase as I was on a job and needed the item. I am in the film business and buy and ship items all the time, this small card reader is by far the most expensive and slowest item to date. I'm sorry to say all this but you did ask. I can tell you now I will not be going to your site to purchase small items again, this is simply down to the p&p. Sorry

Order placed for Angelbird SSD2go Pocket drive. Item described as "in stock". Goods not received after four weeks. Contacted ESV, and was told item would post out on a specific date. Needless to say that date came and went, I allowed a one week grace period, but still no drive arrived. No update from ESV either, and item still on website described as "in stock". Now six weeks after placing the order, and ESV taking funds immediately, for goods they never had in stock, and for which non delivery of ESV simply blame-shifted to distributor. Refund, when requested, issued within 48 hours. Do not order from ESV unless you want frustration and headaches.
