I purchased a Babyface Pro from Eastwood Sound and Vision. Unfortunately the outer case was damaged due to transportation. They were extremely helpful and sent another strait away. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend. First class service! Thank you. Nick

Quick delivery, it then turns out I asked for the wrong item and a the correct part sent out immediately and credit note within two working days. Excellent service most impressed.

The items were in stock (not always the case with all suppliers), they arrived next day, and the admin and communication from Eastwood was first class - efficient delivery of invoices, quick response over the phone, etc. Many thanks!

Hello Talib, I hope this email finds you well. I was rather disappointed that you gave us a negative review saying that you seemed to think that we couldn’t be bothered talking or emailing properly and that our customer service was very poor. I would like to apologise if that’s the way you felt I responded. In truth, we really pride ourselves on our customer support and we go the extra mile wherever possible to try and provide the very best service to our customers. Looking back through the history of this transaction, you placed your order online at 15:13 on the 9th March and applied for credit through Pay4Later. Your application for finance was approved in 11 seconds which was incredibly quick. At the point that ESV were authorised by Pay4Later to ship your item we placed an order with our supplier. Kindly note that the stock status against that product listed online currently says and said at the time you placed your order :- Non Stock Item. Ships directly from supplier. Call to check stock status. Order before 3pm for free next working day delivery (subject to availability) Note, that you placed your order online at 15:13 An order was placed with our supplier at 15:25 on 9th March, 12 minutes after you placed your order online with ESV. Regretfully, our supplier ‘The Global Distribution Group’ were unable to ship same day and so it got shipped on friday for a today delivery. You emailed me this morning with a tracking number and I obtained that from Global and sent you over a screen shot saying that it would be delivered by UPS by ‘the end of the day’ - this is all of the information we get from UPS unlike DPD which is the courier that ESV use when goods ship from our warehouse. With DPD you get a one hour delivery window with a choice of options. With UPS you do not. You then subsequently asked me if I could retrospectively add eDiscs to your account as you didn’t sign up at the time of purchase. I replied immediately saying that that was not possible. Furthermore, you assumed at the time of order that the £12.00 carriage you paid was for an Express delivery. I replied at the time saying that that was not an Express charge as such and that there was a ‘radio button’ at the checkout stage that you should have clicked to enable free shipping for all orders over £99.00. Off my own back I confirmed that you shouldn’t have paid the £12 and that I was going to refund that for you which is why I asked you for your bank details. This is in the process of being done by our accounts department. At no stage have I failed to reply instantly to your emails or taken the ‘can’t be bothered’ approach. If you read our reviews you will see that we have a high positive star rating. I am sorry that you felt angry enough to give us a negative review and do hope that my response above has answered some of your questions. As a gesture of goodwill, the next time you may choose to shop with ESV again, please drop me an email beforehand and sign up as a customer to start earning eDiscs. Upon sign up, I will retrospectively add back 2,440 eDiscs that you would have earned at the time had you signed up. Togeter with 250 eDiscs just for signing up, these will be worth £26.00 before VAT on your next purchase. If you feel like amending your review I would be most grateful. I spoke with ESV about price matching a Lacie Raid drive I'd seen elsewhere. Safe to say they matched it and the product arrived next day. Great service, very quick response and turnaround! Recommended!
