“It was supposed to be "meet and greet". The staff were unhelpful and didn't meet or greet. I had to call numerous times to get my car back and had to pay additional fees when waiting for my car to be collected, will not use again.”

“The initial greeting was good. We phoned 20 minutes before arrival, and we were expected. The staff were efficient. However on our return journey we rang once we had picked up our luggage, and were told someone would be with us within 25 minutes. In fact it was closer to 35 minutes by the time they arrived with the car. This was very disappointing. The driver was apologetic; but the lateness made a mockery of the system. It would have been quicker and cheaper to have parked in the car park, and picked the car ourselves. We are very unlikely to try this service again.”
