I WILL NEVER use UK fly and park (stanstead) again. I dropped off my car at Stanstead for a weekend trip for my mums birthday in good condition. When I returned, ,my wheel cover was missing and when I highlighted that this was not the condition I left my car in, the representative from UK Park and Fly was very nonchalant and unapologetic. He advised that I contact the office on the following day to discuss. Long story short, the office were unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. The customer advisor who I was communicated with, questioned the value of my wheel cover and was implying that the value of my wheel cover was not worth my ongoing complaint. I sent pictures and explained the situation but they were reluctant to pay as they said there was no proof that the wheel cover was not missing before drop off. Honestly, it wasn't a great way to end a joyous and celebratory holiday trip.

Do not use this company. They are enigma parking limited and they are being taken to trading standards bunch of arrogant tosses who ruin peoples cars

I really wish have read other review before booking.this company. I called more than 3 tines to inform them am on my way and running late. When I eventually arrived at terminal 2 Heathrow its took ages for the person on the other end to pick my calls assuring some one is coming. After 15mins by this time the boarding already started and the rest of the family as gone ahead. Full of deciet lies. Called took ages to pick up or goes into voice mail box. Atimes. Eventually my whole family couldn't board rt now .and we've miss our flight. I really wish have read their reviews and heed warning before now..but is nit over cause where they are will dig them out for my refund.will speak to my lawyer about it. They surely don't deserve to be meet and freet operators. PLEASE Avoid them at all cost Advise to any known please stick to know nans

I am currently on holiday and my car is with this company until I return. I paid £68 through the booking site for my car to be parked for 7 days. Myself and partner stayed at the Thistle hotel night before the flight. Unfortunately the pods at the hotel are currently not in operation. I decided to park the car at the hotel and drop the car at the terminal the following day rather so we could drive to the terminal. I called up the company on the number and asked them if it’s ok if I drop the car off the following day instead of the day it was booked for. The guy responded “yes that fine”. I was not notified of any other chargers or cancellations that may occur and was not sent any cancellation email or notification. When we arrived at terminal 5 the following morning I called and told them they can collect the car. Nobody arrived. I called again and was asked when my booking was for. I told them I called yesturday and changed it from Saturday to Sunday and was told it would be fine. The guy said to me, “ you didn’t arrive yesturday so your booking was cancelled”. I said, “ what do I do now?”. He said,” you have to make a new booking and pay £80 cash to the driver when he arrives, we don’t take card payments. You must get you refund directly from the company he said. The driver refused to give me any receipt for the £80 cash payment. I have phoned and chatted to them via their chat service regarding a refund on my original payment as now I have paid £150 to park my car for 7 days!. I am not having any luck. I am building a case against these guys now and urge anyone that has had issue with them to join forces with me to get our money back and get these guys removed from Heathrow. For anyone who is thinking of using this company (operated by Enigma Parking Ltd): DON'T !!!!! These guys are untrained, back street scammers who only operate a 'meet & greet' system at the Heathrow drop-off zone. So already you will pay an extra £10 charge to-and-from collecting your vehicle which they don't tell you about on their website. The worst bit about it for us was having to wait at the T3 drop off zone for a good half-hour, in full anxiety of someone not showing up at all, only to find a plain clothed care-free chap (by the name of Jamil Ahmed, btw) strolling along claiming to be part of the company that you booked with. Everything about the person & the service rang alarm bells but unfortunately a change of plan by then was out of the question as it would have risked simply missing our flight. The thought of my vehicle being in uninsured wrong hands pestered me all throughout holiday and I am just glad I at least got my vehicle back via a further long wait upon my return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY TRIPLE !!!

A scam as far as I am concerned. I filled in the online form for meet and greet, received an email confirmation, they took £60 from my bank account and I travel tomorrow. They won't answer my emails and are too busy to speak to me on the phone, I was told I'd get a call back and that was 13 hours ago. I have had to go with another company as easy airport parking gave me no other information at all apart from a booking reference. Avoid, avoid, avoid, 1 star is 1 star too many!

Very poor service. The guy who answered the phone is too rude. Arrived on time and my car was delayed as there are no drivers. Waste of money and time

What an appalling customer service! Paid to park until Thursday but due to circumstances flew home earlier. Phoned to give notice and was told had to pay £20 extra to get the car park. Chased for bank details and then told catch Uber. Finally paid but driver turned up and complained he had to get out of bed to return our car! In the end cost me more than stating at a reputable car park!!! A joke and appalling attitude!!!

Do not use they said to call 30 minutes before our arrival to the airport but we got to the meeting point to find no one there. When we called they said the person was on the way and just inside the terminal. This was a lie as it took them another 40 minutes to arrive and had it not been for the fact the BA staff took pity on us as we were with our baby we would have missed our flight

Do not use left our car with them for a week they were 20 mins late dropping it back off then when checking around car I noticed a roll up cigarette stub end in driver footwell plus tobacco all over floor and the car had a bad smell of cigarette smoke I wouldn’t of minded but car is only 1 year old and me and my wife don’t smoke plus wasn’t nice for my 2 children to get into. There slight dent from another car door which I noticed the driver didn’t hang around long enough for me to check car over rang number to complain spoke to a manager of the company he said he would look into who was driving the car not heard anything back yet and there not answering my calls surprise surprise

I was very very angry when I called them when I had all my luggages and they said my car will be ready tomorrow! I said what? Tomorrow? I quickly checked my order and date was correct! I had to wait at the airport with my angry wife and two little daughters. I had to wait for about 1 hour so I was very late at home and had to wake up early to start work. I was angry but when I started driving back home I realised that I did reset milage in my car so it was 0 .... but after mile from airport it was 140 miles! So did they park my car more than 60 miles away from lutons airport?! I did contact website where I bought this and they came back to me saying sorry to hear that we will contact you shortly. I did chase them but I had no answer at all! Do I recommend them? Hmmm you should know my answer.

The firm failed to meet and greet us on our arrival and on our return. My passenger rang the mobile number given to let them know we were 20 minutes away. There was no reply on any number given to us. At the airport I managed to get through but the firm was unable to park our car. The person I called asked to speak to someone from another firm who was at meet and greet to take the car to the parking place. On return I rang the firm, Luton 247 Airport parking and was told the car would be there, but it was not. I phoned again to be told there was not a driver and to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. I rang a third time and was told the driver was at the barrier. He did arrive, eventually. The promised meet and greet was not fulfilled. I have since contacted the firm to request a total refund. Items missing from car on my return. I have phoned to complain, but not had any response, apology or offer to replace or return missing item. Would never use them again. I thought the drivers would be trustworthy and my car and contents would be safe. Obviously not. Be very wary if using them, if you have to leave your car empty. Possibly do a video of contents & petrol/diesel and check before you sign to accept car.

Our flight was cancelled due to industrial action by French air traffic controllers. Easy airport parking refuse to refund me as I didn't give 48 hours notice ( which was impossible as I only found out a few hours before the flight they were cancelling it) and despite their customer services saying they would refundme when i called them. They also took 6 days, 3 emails and 4 calls before telling me they wouldn't refund me. Very disappointed. I can't recommend them at all.

I was not very happy with the airport meet and greet parking mainly with the extra cost to me in fuel. I own a Porsche Caynne Twin Turbo and when i left my car it had 215 miles of petrol left in the tank and when i returned from my holiday it only had 115 miles of petrol left in the tank, but the car had only done 15 miles but used 100 miles worth of fuel, the only way this could of happened is who ever was driving my car must of gone at some point over 130 MPH i pointed this out when i picked my car up but they did not want to know anything about it. I have a picture of the dash board before i left and a picture when i returned and will be showing them to my solicitor to see what action he advises me to take Yours D J Powell

I left my car which I love reading 120 miles range, it was delivered back to me 20 minutes late with 60 miles range on it. I asked the driver who picked the car up how far the car park was and he said 8 miles........... My belongings in the boot of the car were strewn everywhere including my laptop which is now not functioning properly. It is obvious to me that the 'so called driver' thrashed my car that I love and had no regard for my belongings. Also when I filled my car it normally registers between 550 and 600 miles when full range and when I filled up it registered 425 miles immediately after filling up which tells me that my car has been abused. I drive 30,000 miles a year so I know my car inside and out !! I AM DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE that I chose
