Despite delivering some of them in nothing more than black shrink wrap and one of the boxes being opened before delivery to us, evidenced as per the delivery drivers own proof of delivery photo, they claimed the entire 4 boxes and the stack in the shrink wrap were unresaleable because I resealed the opened with brown tape instead of clear.

Very disappointed. Was promised nearly 2 weeks ago that a delivery would happen today. It didn't arrive and I had to ring the store only to be told I wouldn't have it. I took a day off work, lost out on pay and had to pay a fitter for a day, for nothing. No communication from the store and no help from customer service
