“The person from Easyoffices when I first called, he wasn't particular interested or helpful to begin with.
On one occasion, I took the call from him on my watch and could not hear. I was asking the person if he can call me back right away so I can answer if with my phone. The person didn't come across as willing to.
Anyway, that was our first call to arrange the viewing, thankful the people at The Office Group were significantly more helpful and useful. In the end, we took an office space due to the office space itself and the smooth transaction from The Office Group staff. Nothing to with Easy Offices.
If I could rate the attitude and professionalism from the person from Easy Offices, i would rate 3 of 10.

“I was sent several links to select a short list. I spoke to Rhianna, and told her I had a week before I went to Edinburgh. Had to chase Monday and was told she hadn't had my list then had to chase her Tuesday to get office viewing. Not very organised.”
“Was given the option of 3 offices once i had chosen the office that suited me i was told that the company wouldnt have my type of business, after no responses from easy office to my questions afterwards via email, i called the sales rep back and i was told to "look on gumtree for a private office". After having to do my own research with the local council and the office company directly im now moving in next month to the office easy offices said they couldnt help with after offering it. So in short there is nothing "easy" with easy offices”
“Literally made an enquiry and took it no further. Found office space myself, 2 weeks after getting my office i get an email to leave a review saying that 'jed' had helped me find my new office and their new to the role and would love a review. This obviously isnt true as i found the office myself so they're trying to trick people into leaving reviews”
“Cheska Dan was helpful & polite throughout, Information received is the same as that i found on Right Move.
What i do not rate is the questions on this feed back, Delivery and who made the delivery was the item damaged & how many days did it take to deliver! None of these questions are relevent to the help needed in finding new office space.”
