“Good support from Easy Offices but ended up getting spammed by the office providers once our details were passed across. A shame really as otherwise a great help”
“It's a good system on paper, and Tierney was very helpful, so positive in the main. However, it was really confusing as it's not quite the centralised system/portal that I expected, and I was suddenly getting phone calls and emails from all over, rather than just being able to access the portfolio and make choices. What was supposed to be a simplified process actually became a bit of a headache, as I just don't have time to be constantly interrupted. So, good in theory but some fine-tuning required.”
“we had to wait 40 minutes for the Agent to turn who at the end couldn't make It.
Somone else took over and take us around to view the offices.
We had first view at 1pm and the second view at 1:45pm however as we only managed to have someone to assist at 1:40 we had to cancel one of the 2 so only managed to watch one

“The website was good and the support from Sarah was excellent. However, it would be much improved if I was only contacted by the Easy Office representative. I tried to make appointments and ended up with lots of emails from different people AND from easy offices and I have no idea who I should be in touch with. Trying to keep lots of people informed has really taken away from the experience.”

“I saw the offices advertised online and called to find out if they were still available and the price. Sarah took my call and details and within a couple of hours I had seen the offices directly with the owner and by the following week signed up to take the office. Happy to have received a prompt service that worked out for me.”
“The initial response and follow-up was very prompt. The first viewing was arranged very quickly as well. This was the option that we went for in the end, thanks partly due to a promotional offer and partly due to the fact that the other provider refused outright to arrange any viewing as well as attaching quite a few strings.”
