“this is a shocking company we paid them in advance now they say that they can't trace the order number, the order number used was issued from sales Wyn when you call you go through to a call centre were its difficult to understand and they hang up. stay away from this company its just a scam to take your money and not send the goods I will make a complaint with trading standards and also recall the funds from the bank”

“Total con artists dont buy anything from these scammers. Fridge was dumped outside my house no contact from driver. When I started to unpack it the door was hanging off its hinges. They dont want to replace the item saying its my fault I should have signed the damage sheet. How could I the driver just dumped it and drove off. Now they want to charge me a restocking fee but that wont guarantee a refund. They will probably sell it to some other poor soul and con them as well. Customer service totally useless. Have left the matter with my solicitor to get a full refund.”

“This company is just out to scam people. Nothing more. Ordered a double fryer. It was sent out & was faulty. Returned by courier at my expense for a refund. Refund was refused & I was told it had been repaired. Fryers sent back in a battered box with a huge hole in it and filthy. Surprisingly they still don't work properly. Requested a refund again to be ignored. They are selling cheap quality imported equipment and the warranty is worthless”

“Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, feeling like I have been robbed by this business. First of all they are lying on their website re prices, I placed an order and then received an email telling me I needed to pay another £13 as the manufacturer had put the price up, which I refused. I then found the same product from the supplier direct at the same price and 0 delivery charge... So ordered, can I get a refund from Easy Equipment...... no chance.... DO NOT TOUCH THIS BUSINESS”

“Stay away from this company. Sent me a defective equipment, returning and refunding process taking forever. Worst customer services ever experienced. Unacceptable delay and no reason given nor any updates. Constantly chasing up, no response nor resolution. Cant believe they are able to trade in this manner.”

“AVOID this company at all costs. They tell their delivery drivers not to give you paperwork so you have no leg to stand on when your item arrives damaged. I also had to help the driver get the fridge out of the lorry which is ridiculous. Our fridge arrived with extensive damage last week, customer service are awful (I appreciate they're working from home but still absolute rubbish responses and no resolution). Offered £20 compensation (which I have declined) for a damaged £390 fridge. They make it very difficult to communicate or resolve any issues. Constantly used loopholes. Scammers, would not use again and would never recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible.”

“PLEASE do not use this company, took money in 10 mins, now 5 days later no product or refund, keep asking but never return my call. Yesterday was told if I wanted to keep the order it would be another week, I asked for a refund and was told customer services would call me, never happened DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A WASTE OF SPACE”

“sunbeds broken when delivered two weeks late. Told them immediately and have sent emails and used their chat. THEY DO NOT REPLY. STAY CLEAR OF THEM”

“I would have given no stars if i could,! Disgusting company. My Dad bought a dishwasher from this company. It arrived by courier the next day after ordering, the packaging was opened to find that the steel runners the plastic rack sits on were loose and not attached to the inside of the washer. Also the washer was wet inside and mucky as if it had been previously used. He called straight away that morning and had photo evidence of the issues. They have collected the equipment and made him fill in a refund form. 3 weeks down the line they are saying he isnt getting a refund and that we had used the washer which is not true at all. It hadnt even been plumbed in as he noticed faults straight away. What a disgusting company these are. Please avoid at all costs as you will not get a refund for faulty goods. Buy from a recommended company and check reviews. The customer service is awful and will not help.”

“Guys iv read some terrible review for this company. There was a mix up with my deliver so this is reflected in the stars but the customer service was great and I was given a refund on the items. The equipment itself is spot on”

“Incompetent chat staff, delivery very slow and do not know the courier company. When the chat guy has been asked what can I do if I miss the delivery he said to ask someone to recieve the goods for me as if I am so stupid that I wouldn't think of that. All the answers were: just wait until 6.”

“Second time ordering from here after a bad first experience. Ordered an item needed for work urgently so it was marked for next day delivery. Item didnt show up and driver claims we moved and building empty and will redeliver the next day. We wait and again claims to try delivering but no one was there. This was a lie both times as our business was open and someone there the entire time. They keot making excuse after excuse as to why it couldnt be delivered. Basically you pay to have next day delivery and they will send it normal delivery and not next day. The nerve of them even saying they will charge for redelivery. Avoid avoid AVOID.”

“Disgusting company to deal with. Spend £3000 on an ice cream machine that was incredibly noisy & leaked. After several photos videos & phonecalls back & forth they said they would send an engineer if we filled out an online form which was impossible to do. We got an independent engineer to check the machine & was told it was a cheap Chinese machine & was also faulty inside leaking from the hopper into the machine which was not only dangerous but a serious health & safety issue. We tried to return the machine via courier today but they refuse to accept it & locked the gates. Please read reviews on trustpilot & other sites, they are awful & no one should spend any money with them EVER.”
