Ordered an under counter freezer for our new business, paid extra for next day delivery, the item came over a week later. Packed in a wooden box so couldn’t check it before driver the left. Unpacked and left in place for 24 hours, plugged in and the temperature went down to the desired temp Of -22 degree over the day. Filled with produce and shut up shop for the weekend. Came back two days later and temp was at +18 all produce ruined. Rang them to complain and was told to fill in an online warranty form! Filled it in on the 11/8/21, have rung repeatedly to ask what is happening only to be told it’s being sorted with “our engineer” it’s now 6/9/21 and still no engineer! This company should be shut down and all £1.3 million pounds of its assets taken off them. Absolute disgrace of a company with zero morals. I seriously should have read reviews before buying from them. Will now be reporting them to trading standards!

Do not use this sham of a company, I’ve reported to trading standards and there will be a press release about them shortly going into a national newspaper

We ordered some chairs. We were told after ordering that even though the website said they were in stock, they would not be able to deliver for 3 months. The chairs turned up unannounced. The courier dumped them on the porch without ringing the doorbell, even though someone was in. When we unpacked the chairs a few days later, one of the chairs had a bent leg. Because it was reported 24hr after the delivery was received, they refused to replace the chair or issue a partial refund. I have reported them to trading standards. order number 1103704

If I could leave a minus 10 I would, DO NOT RECOMMMEND THEM!! Only received part of my order, their customer service could not understand me when I complained. You will waste your time and money with this company

Easily the WORST company ever!!! I could go into a huge long speech about NOT buying from this company but I've wasted enough time on them!! READ the comments - DO NOT BUY. IF like me you have got to this page after the TERRIBLE customer service - CONTACT your bank and raise a 'chargeback' - SERIOUSLY this companies customer service is the VERY WORST i have ever received! If you are STUPID enough to buy after reading these comments, make sure you block the delivery driver in until you have FULLY inspected the goods, yes i mean unbox and plug in. PLEASE - just don't!!

Do not buy from these people. I’m processing to Small Claims court. Sent me my panini maker. Found a damaged box left on my driveway near my door, soaking wet as well. Phoned them...Brett said photo and open etc. I did and emailed the damage, both before opening and after.....refuse to swap or refund me, saying I’ve accepted the parcel and investigation with courier satisfactory. Jenny kept emailing me to bully me to accept 10% £20 back....no! I’ve left it as received and am charging them for storage with my claim....I sent them updated policy for my business to support this, treating them as they try to do to others. I didn’t even sign or see the courier and their attitude leads me to believe they’ve sent me a faulty item.

I bought item with delivery 2-3 working days. More the 3 weeks passed and i still can not get it. It is almost impossible to reach them over the phone, it usually takes an hour or so. But if you lucky and got someone over the phone, they keep saying you lies. When i raised a question about refund, i was told -25% will be deducted from original price i paid, as item was dispatched, at the same time it has never been delivered. On my questions, they sent me to contact delivery company instead. When calling to a delivery company, they don't have slots available for delivery. SPAM, SPAM, SPAM

placed order 2 weeks ago and was charged same day. not delivered yet. Nobody picking up the phone or answering emails. Don't know if I'm going to receive my order. would avoid

WARNING ...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ...they are the worst I have ever dealt with honestly from them saying next day delivery to trying to reason with them after my item was faulty still waiting months after sending them pictures of my problems.😡

Ordered a pie warmer. Realised on the second day it wasn't working properly. They have refused to give a refund without the original packaging, which I had already disposed of. I probably would have understood if I wanted a refund because I changed my mind or something, but if a product if faulty they have a legal requirement to refund me regardless of whether I have the packaging or not. Off to the small claims courts I go.

SCAM ordered drinks cooling fridge £455.99 arrived so damaged unfit for use. 11 calls, hours on the phone have got nowhere. will not replace or refund its been so stressful and upsetting how ive been fooled into using this company. Avoid this company if you want to keep your sanity.

The worst company ever dealt with sent damaged fridge both doors smashed support bar kinked could see where forklift had punctured the packaging. Never opened within 24hrs didn’t want fridge to get damaged as room wasn’t ready rang them and got the most arrogant man I’ve ever spoken read the small print can’t you do simple maths your to late so condescending. So stuck with £450 broken fridge decided to see if I could get spare parts so rang technical department same arrogant man(must work in every department)you can buy two pieces of glass for £160 he said how do I fit these to sealed units I asked, I don’t know get yourself a glass engineer was his reply quite simply the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Why Easyequipment has never claimed the business? They don't care about our complaints as long as money keeps coming in and the Ombudsman keeps not caring about small business disputes. Dealing with them is like the lottery, if the appliance is good small business is safe, if it is sold faulty you have lost your hard earned money and will waste your precious time by trying to get proper service. We bought a new slicer at the end of July 2020 for £395.99, a bargain! Unfortunately, it was sold already faulty and the problem was readily spotted as being the belt. After under a month it was stopping, the blade would not turn. I called the warranty department twice, only to be patronised about their T&C. They wanted me to send back the slicer and pay for consignment, I explained to them that it was the only slicer we had and if we could explore other options: sending a substitute slicer or pay themselves for servicing but no success. So, I wrote to the owner, sending videos to show the fault but even the "experts" could not see anything wrong; I did his job, researching for slicer servicing in London; I explained to him that we are on a tight budget especially now during covid times and could not afford to rent or buy another slicer. Basically, he entartained me for about 3 months without coming to a conclusion so we had to spend an extra £120 to service it. Moreover, the slicer already looks old after only 9 months since the anodised aluminium is as fake as the slicer. Stay away and buy from trusted suppliers because, at the end of the day, they had what they wanted without supplying any service apart from deceiving answers that did not come to any conclusion but wearing us down. They have pulled our leg until we found ourselves with no option, but repairing it ourselves. Unfortunately, I must confirm that all of their hundreds of reviews on Google and Trustpilot are real and justified. I will buy from Easyequipment again if I want to get the appliance roulette rush but I hate gambling.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Ridiculous company, customer service is rubbish and staff are very cheeky if your not happy with this companies service. Delivery came at 7.30am when i clearly said no one will be at the shop as i work night shifts. Anyway Delivery wasn't completed so they took the item back and now want to charge me £70 for redelivery! And when i said no i am not paying that there staff became cheeky and wants to charge me again if i want to cancel as i wasn't happy with the service.

I ordered a banquet table and chairs, first they sent the wrong one, the correct one was delivered badly damaged, they refused to replace the item and consider £20 compensation fair ! Worst consumer experience I’ve had ,
