“Have now traveled with easyjet several times to Jordan and have been genuinely surprised how good they are from the ease of booking online, check in, bagdrop to the cabin crew and flight. The only thing I miss from flying with the likes of Royal Jordanian is the in flight entertainment.”

Then covid happened and the flight had to be cancelled. Easyjet made me a full refund without my even having to request it. Much impressed by that gesture.”

I had an easy jet holiday booked. Literally as soon as it was cancelled by the Covid19 scare. They contacted me 3 time. I was paid back one hundred percent of my holiday Brilliant well done Easyjet”

“Will never fly with easy jet again - we were delayed when flying home from Ireland - customer services was a shambles and distributed £3 vouchers at 20.30 pm when majority of eating establishments were closed.
We submitted a claim which was reused as we were only delayed 2 hours and 58 seconds rather than 3 hours - even though they kept us standing in the runway 4 mins which then equates to 3 hours 2 mins !
They give us a cold drink as a good will gesture - not a very happy ending when we arrive back in Liverpool past midnight !”
