“Will never fly with easy jet again - we were delayed when flying home from Ireland - customer services was a shambles and distributed £3 vouchers at 20.30 pm when majority of eating establishments were closed.
We submitted a claim which was reused as we were only delayed 2 hours and 58 seconds rather than 3 hours - even though they kept us standing in the runway 4 mins which then equates to 3 hours 2 mins !
They give us a cold drink as a good will gesture - not a very happy ending when we arrive back in Liverpool past midnight !”
