“ From a very anxious and nervous flyer! - I went to Prague with friends for a birthday, on the way back to Manchester I became very anxious and had a panic attack! The staff where amazing! I cannot thank them enough for calming me right down and even staying near me the whole flight and checking that I was OK, every noise that happened or was going to happen they explained it in great detail which put me at ease throughout the flight! I even got to go in the cockpit! 10 star service especially Chris on Easyjet flight ezy 1802 from Prague to Manchester! I will defo be flying with them the next time ”

Lovely gentlemen took my call, realised the error in only part refund. Within 2 hours the full refund was in my bank. Great service in an unhappy moment and great disappointment of not making it to Amsterdam from Liverpool. Thank you Easyjet. ”
