Bought a suitcase from B@M bargains. Specifically designed for easy jet under seat cabin travel. Guess what. It wouldn’t fit. Been on to the the firm that makes them and they have sent me a video Showing the case fits. Some thing wrong. Some were.

EasyJet person specifically targeted me, being the only person of colour in the flight in the Naples to Amsterdam flight. They charged me extra, claiming my luggage didn't fit a box due to the wheels, even though it's within the smallest size allowed (45x36x20), and did not check anybody’s else’s luggage, even though they were carrying much bigger luggage. They mentioned I needed a certain pass to avoid these charges. Each luggage cost me €58, and their customer service is terrible. People are very rude. Is there any way that i can raise this discrimination and undue charges issue?

If I booked a flight in the sale, and then it appeared cheaper later, would I be entitled to a full refund for my flight?

I’m confused I spoke to a nice lady after a long wait and explained that when I booked for 2022 to turkey it says do you want to use previous details so clicked yes it still would not let me enter our middle names as per passport so I just carried on booking then read somewhere that must be as over passports so just after 15 minutes I went to correct it and it wanted me to pay £196 pounds so just left it then I printed off a name change form which states just enter first and last names as middle name not required what’s going on easyJet

If the UK NHS is so great why won't easyJet accept the pcr covid test is it because they can make extra money by charging customers at the airport
