“ They took £5 off me over the phone and said they would mail me a returns slip/label (I don't have a printer). ”

“ received a parcel that had been opened up and re- cellertaped. I wasnt accepting this. I was on to customer services for 53 minutes, I asked the customer service to arrange a free returns label. I was nice with her, concidering her attitude i bet the collection does not happen on the date she gave me and i will have to make another call. I would not buy from easylifegroup again. They wont even compensate for the call. My loss. ”
