This time they had an issue with their equipment that would cause a delay and they went above and beyond to communicate what was happening which is the best case scenario when unexpected issues arise - they will happen in any business from time to time, but how you communicate with the customer and keep them informed is everything! “I ordered a corregated plastic a frame sign for outdoor signage for my business and the inserts are not at all what I was expecting. The inserts are wavy, textured, and very lightweight resembling cardboard. I was assured it will withstand rainy weather conditions when I got in touch with customer service so we will see if that’s the case. Previous signs I’ve had made with other companies in the past were smooth materials so this order was a slight disappointment.”
“This was the easiest and quickest ordering process ever. As a startup, we are constantly rushing to get things done and I submitted the order on Thursday and recieved it first thing Monday morning. The quality is impeccable and we are so excited to order from here again.”

They check your work and get double confirmation if they have any concerns about the artwork. They are quick to process and ship.
