“I ordered a tension fabric banner. Print quality, production time and shipping was amazing. My only complaint was the file template provided proved to be a little difficult to work with as it relates to making sure the design was centered.”

“I ordered a corregated plastic a frame sign for outdoor signage for my business and the inserts are not at all what I was expecting. The inserts are wavy, textured, and very lightweight resembling cardboard. I was assured it will withstand rainy weather conditions when I got in touch with customer service so we will see if that’s the case. Previous signs I’ve had made with other companies in the past were smooth materials so this order was a slight disappointment.”
“Pros: Fast shipping, affordable price, helpful customer service
Cons: puckering on the seams so the banner won't hang perfectly straight even if steamed/ironed (i ordered a fabric banner) and the white turned out as a very light pink which completely ruined my branding.
So, i recommend only if what you are having printed on the fabric banner does NOT have a white background.”
“The process and website were easy to use from a designers perspective, and the final prints turned out great. Initially, the carrying cases were missing, but customer service quickly resolved the issue and shipped them directly to my client in California. The only hiccup was being asked to provide a photo of what I didn't receive. Since I had already packed everything for shipment, I had to unpack and photograph what I did receive.....it would be more convenient if customers weren't required to take photos of missing items.”

“Would be a 5 star review, but you shipped via FEDEX, and the product was 2 days later than it should have been getting to me. Tracking showed it coming to me on Friday by end of day, and the truck never came by on Friday. Redelivery was supposed to be by 2PM on Monday, and it came at 5:30PM. UPS comes by my business every day at 11AM. Their tracking is accurate and service reliable.”

“I love how the artwork turned out but have a question. I have grommets installed on 3 sides of my banner. On the top there are only 2 (one at each end). This leaves 15' of the banner without a way to hang it on top. Did I not understand how grommets are distributed every few feet around "all sides" or did you simply forget to put a few more on the top? No big deal. I think I can either install them myself or will use a metal rod to hold it up on top since it prevents sags in the banner when it hangs downward. ~ Thanks for the fast turnaround. David Labay”

“everything was quick and easy...the only problem thaat we had with our order of fabric banners was that the stitching down the side was too tight and caused bunching so it will not hang straight without a good amount of tension or weight”
“Customer Service is very good. I had a faulty banner which was replaced without trouble in a timely manner.
The not so perfect part is that the replacement banner came in and was way darker than the first one. All other banners I ordered (3) also were too dark. I has assumed that they would all be as pretty as the very first one.
Hold back on the black ink!!!”
