Here at Easy Signs we pride ourselves on fast, efficient printing, and precise quality checks upon packing for dispatch.Unfortunately, in this instance we provided the incorrect pole set for your delivery.
This resulted into frustration due to you only being at your local event temporarily. We sincerely apologize for this and we share your annoyance around this situation. Overall, this is not the experience we would like for our customers to have with us and we have processed a full refund for the inconvenience.
