This time they had an issue with their equipment that would cause a delay and they went above and beyond to communicate what was happening which is the best case scenario when unexpected issues arise - they will happen in any business from time to time, but how you communicate with the customer and keep them informed is everything! They check your work and get double confirmation if they have any concerns about the artwork. They are quick to process and ship.
