I had such bad experience with Ebay they didn’t protect me .
I bought item and returned the seller lied about not receiving his shipment I have the proof.
I sent it to Ebay customer service they close the case and never refund my money.

Had very bad experience with few people recently which made me think is better to buy in person rather than online with Ebay sellers there is no such return policy and if whatever you order does not wait they did not want to return or refund I was offered half money but it didn't come just on email no money was refunded to me it sellers from China I have gone blue in the face asking for money I ordered something for $12.
