Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I am a bit concerned as none of our orders are sent out in plastic, we use a mixture of recycled cardboard mailing boxes and 100% certified compostable postage satchels- with recycled paper void fill. From time to time we do end up with the odd plastic containing label or tape on our orders due to Australia Post requirements.
