“Ordered pack of 10 received 1 single clearomizer within 2 days. Phoned to advise and was informed order would be rectified and despatched immediately. 2 weeks later emailed as still didn't receive goods. Advised order had been processed but not despatched. Would be despatched that day. Asked for a full refund as so disappointed with service and time taken to receive goods. Refund acknowledged and processed. The 1 star is for the action taken to resolve my request. Sadly I won't be ordering anything else.”
“Order was not dispatched and seven days later still has not been dispatched. Was advised *They was put into picking on Friday, and there was full intention of them leaving, although there was a technical fault in the warehouse which was out of our control and I was not made aware of this until this morning."
