“I discovered Edmonds when a Stackers laptop bag I wanted to order wasn't in stock at John Lewis. The whole process was very smooth. Sadly the laptop bag wasn't right for me, so I had to return it, which cost me £11.60 - I think free returns for orders over £50 (or something similar) would be very welcome.”

“Ordered bag and purse as a birthday gift for my mum as she always admires mine and often difficult buying her a present. I purchased mine from my place of work but no longer have this particular one in stock. So whilst I was disappointed I had to pay more for it and obviously P&P I could not fault the service. Arrived next day packaged very nice and my mum was very happy. Highly recommend”
