“Access to website and ordering was fine. Unfortunately the bracelet comes in 2 sizes but this information was not mentioned and on receipt was found to be the smaller size. On contacting Edmonds I discovered they did not have the larger size in stock. I had paid for express delivery (£4.99) and then had to pay £5.99 to return the bracelet !”

“I was disappointed as the rucksack bag I ordered came very creased, I returned it with the barcode label at a cost of £2.50 (acceptable) but my local PO said the label wasn't suitable so I had to pay Evri to return the bag at a further cost of £6.60 . I reordered the same bag which arrived even more creased..disappointing. Ive now 'heated' the new bag and it's better than it was. So that's why I've only given 3 points. I'm sorry to say I won't buy anything further from you. Although the deliveries were spot on it's been a detriment to you.”

“I ordered Stackers jewellery roll and received Stackers cable tidy. A phone call resolved the issue and two days later I received my order together with a return label for the cable tidy. The returns label was not accepted by the post office "not suitable for home returns" so I posted back myself and emailed with a photo of the postage receipt in order to be refunded. As yet email not acknowledged and refund not received. I am perfectly sure Edmonds Jewellers are an excellent company albeit very disorganised (swamped?) right now in the run up to Christmas - Carl did say they are exceedingly busy which is great for them.”

“Ordered some Qudo rings. Too small so returned & ordered a different size. Refunded quickly & delivery of replacements was prompt. The only niggle I have is that that they were posted in a padded envelope whereas I ordered the toppers from a different company which came wrapped beautifully in ring boxes, pouches & gift bags.”
