“Watch ordered online arrived with dead battery. When complained was told I had to arrange return at my cost which would latere be reimbursed. Lots of additional hassle which meant thatthe functioning watch wasnt returned until over two weeks after initial order. Edmonds claimed that the battery had been tested before dispatch - but clearly not. Attitude was not very customer friendly.”

“I placed two orders, I didn’t receive the first order (1st Jan) and contacted CS to follow up for full refund, and waiting for the refund. And the second order I ordered 4 items but open the box, just 3 items here, and missing one, also contacted CS for send back the missing item asap, but now still waiting. Don’t know how long can solve it.”

“I ordered 4 Katie Loxton diffusers which were reduced to £11.99 I use this brand a lot and usually order from John Lewis. I had to throw the 4 diffusers away as they didn’t smell of anything at all. Normally you can smell Katie Loxton diffusers quickly! I rang customer services and spoke to a lovely guy however there has been no follow up. No one has rung or emailed and I was promised on Thursday morning somebody would contact me Thursday afternoon or on Friday. I am still waiting to be for someone to contact me. I’m wondering if the diffusers were reduced because they had been stored somewhere for a long time and it was very old stock! Very disappointed and not a happy customer.”

“Stock levels were not correct on site therefore cancelled my order the day before my daughters birthday - they did refund all monies but left me without a birthday gift!”
