“I contacted 5 companies in 2015 enquiring about solar panels, I went with EEC only because the salesman was not being pushy and did not give me a load of "flannel" sales talk. The installation was smooth and professional but ultimately for me, the after sales is second to none and still is 2 years on. If they say they will call you at a certain time they do just that. My output is exceeding their estimates which is excellent and my last usage of electricity submitted to my provider was only 20 units, yes only 20 units for a 3bed house. I am saving money as well as earning at the same time. A win win for me. I would 100% recommend EEC.”

“25/06/2017. We asked for a roof panel & battery solar power system, for our home in Merseyside, offering great performance, yet realistically priced & only done through the hands of top professionals. Here at EEC Home Improvements, we found the answer. From the beginning to the final hour of the finishing touch, we could sense being fully respected, supported & informed by EEC Solar. What a fantastic team!! Their communication is well polished at all levels. They include skill sets of experience & workmanship as well as the-all-important dedication second to none, I can assure you. I had studied solar technology & its development from around a decade ago. This kit is TOP.* (Teslar Powerwall II & 15 panel set). This company is TOP.* Are we saving money & being connected to the best in continuous after care support ...& able to use power even if there isn't any from the grid ...as well as having a seamlessly smooth current flow across our property's electrical devices (whereby they all last longer)....? ....Oh yeah, we certainly are. ABSOLUTELY!! Would I recommend them...? Oh yeah, in a flash!!* Ring & Reap, people! To all the team, THANK YOU!! Have a shiny day*”

“I have waited 16months to write this review so that it is up to date and positive. I was really impressed with the high quality of service from everyone from first contact, survey and then installation. The follow up information was excellent and nothing was left out. Truly a professional company and I do not hesitate to recommend EEC Solar to anyone considering using their services. I was also happy with the price I paid. After a year my returns exceeded the estimate provided so I am more than happy. The Solar iBoost fitted to the immersion heater/tank diverted approx 1,000kWh of electricity during the year saving me the equivalent heat output of using oil. My payment for generated electricity was £490 and my normal electricity usage was approx 1,000kWh less than the previous year. Summing up I have to say that I am over the moon with my solar panels so a big thank you to all at EEC Solar. Graham Patrick”

“Cannot recommend this company enough - I enquired about solar panels on a Sunday morning and a sales representative was here by the Wednesday and the panels were fitted on the Friday. Very efficient & courteous at all stages. I was given help with the FiT application and all the supporting documents were sent promptly - I have just heard from my electricity supplier that everything is in order and that it starts as from today - 13th January. The whole process only took 11 days in total !! Excellent. Diane”

“Craig and Ryan from installed my system today. Very satisfied with the work and professionalism. Kept me well informed before arrival and getting the work done within the day talking me through the process of installation and initiation. Top marks for the installation. However, I was disappointed by the fact that the company had sent the wrong inverter and the engineers found on site that my current hot water system doesn't work with the iBoost. I am now awaiting rectification before cut off date for FIT scheme. Fingers crossed. If all goes smoothly then definitely 5 stars.”

“I had 16 solar panels fitted on 22nd December 2015 and I am very happy with the panels. I would recommend Craig Ball the electrician and also Ryan the Roofer they both did an excellent job in both fields of work and they showed me every step of the way when fitting the panels on the roof by taking lots of photos for me to see, which I thought was an excellent idea. The salesman Adam Tsang who rang me up originally about the solar panels was very polite and helpful, he went through everything with me. I would highly recommend the Company and would like to thank all the staff who helped me. Paul from Telford”

“Excellent service Ordered on 14 October fitted in one day on 23 October All necessary paperwork sent to enable me to submit a FIT application which was approved and registered on the 30 October 2015 . At every stage of the process from start to finish was conducted courteously and professionally. No hesitation in recommending this company”

“I have been nothing but impressed from the moment I first spoke to their head office to the time when the installers left my property. Everyone I dealt with for the solar installation were polite, courteous and very knowledgeable and provided complete peace of mind. “EEC are an excellent company in all of their dealings and customer interface. Alex, who handled our initial enquiry through quotation stage to final order was first class and has the demeanor to identify well with his customers and handled all matters with courtesy and professionalism with a touch of humour which was great. Other staff including surveyor Jez, administrator Hannah and the rest of the office based team were also excellent. The installation team of Jay and Mike were also first class and very neat and tidy in all their work, staying late into the evening to get the job finished. “Kaleb Kofi the initial contact was excellent, very helpful and explained things well, Dougie and Barry our fitters of solar were brilliant, so helpful, the head office and the staff talk to each other and to the customer, I am so impressed. If only every company worked like this, life would be so much simpler! I am hoping that I can get a few people recommended by me to which would be very good! A couple of people have asked for details so hope they follow through.”

“Just had our Solar PV panels fitted and we were very impressed with the whole team from start to finish with an excellent survey and competitive quote by Kevin with everything explained. The installation Engineers were great and did a superb job with everything left clean and tidy at the end of day. “Just has PV solar panels fitted today and we would happily recommend EEC without hesitation. We were very impressed from start to finish. Mark, who gave us all the information, carried out our survey and gave us the quote was absolutely brilliant and so patient. He answered every question we asked no matter how late at night. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys who came to install just one week after we're also amazing. Craig the electrician and Abie the roofer. They arrived early and worked non stop until the job was finished. Leaving the place spotless. They showed us how the system worked and took the time to answer any questions we had. So impressed with the entire team from office to installation. Thank you EEC :)”
