“WEDDING IN 3 DAYS!! ORDERED ITEM POOR QUALITY. I'm writing this review with deep disappointment as my wedding is in just 3 days. My experience with Efavormart has been inconsistent, highlighting both excellent and poor customer service within the same order.
The Good:
When my initial order faced delivery delays, I contacted customer service via chat and spoke with Callie. She was exceptional - friendly, understanding, and immediately worked to find a comparable solution. Callie's professionalism and problem-solving approach were exactly what I needed during a stressful time.
The Concerning:
Unfortunately, when the product arrived (Curly Chair Sash), it didn't match the advertised photos at all. It was POOR QUALITY, DOESN'T WRAP AROUND A CHAIR, and HAS FRAYED EDGES. When I contacted customer service again via chat, I spoke with Samira about this significant discrepancy. The interaction was disappointing - her tone was unprofessional and dismissive, lacking the empathy one would expect when a customer receives an incorrect product so close to their wedding. Rather than acknowledging the company's error, she suggested I purchase an additional product to resolve their mistake.”
