“I was excited with the order of the 10 feet backdrop. It came with a zipped carrying case and I love it. I also needed the 12 feet one but it didn’t come with a zippered bag just a fold carrying bag with Velcro closure. It still will serve its purpose but I think it should also have a zippered carrying case. Overall please either my orders this year.”
“Products good as received. Disappointed that I had to reach out after weeks of tracking to find out what happened to order. There is no excuse in modern technology not to have your inventory levels synced to your website to allow customers to search something else. Was told order did not ship due to items on backorder, resulting in missed date on needed items. Unacceptable!”
“The cocktail napkins are a perfect color. The cake image ink is very light in color,wish it was darker. Overall ink is quite light.
The cloth napkins are also a great color.
