OH MY GOD... they take your money and just don't deliver anything, flowers where due yesterday for my mums birthday and still not come, customer service just don't give a toss. i want a refund but don't expect they will give me one

I contacted them to complain and although they replied and apologised and asked me to send them a photo of the flowers which I did, heard nothing back, or even a refund, absolutely nothing.

Absolutely awful service. Do not use. After a mistake with my order they refused to refund the mistake.

Totally disgusted with what arrived. Have sent a complaint and lucky enough got a refund. Wouldn’t touch them ever again. First photo is what I ordered. Second was what I received

Wilted dead flowers, not a bit the same as the picture. What a sham. Flimsy card and upsetting to receive such a pathetic bunch of flowers when I know my poor father spent 25 pounds on them :( Awaiting refund. No customer service phone number, what a surprise. Will update comments if I receive a refund or not!

Four weeks after two failed deliveries despite constant requests for a refund. This company gets poor reviews.Wish I'd checked them first. Beware their "we"LL get back to you in 48 hours delaying technique. Serenata always efficient!
