I e mailed them and they e mailed back to re buy item at new non sale price and they would refund.

I think people are freaking out because OBVIOUSLY Covod 19 has shut most things down and for this company to ship to Europe (Ireland in my case) it's going to take longer! Having a poor customer service and dodgy websight is a price we pay for cheap goods from them! My advice would be chill out, expect it to take a month, and purchase away! I'm glad I did and it's my first time buying anything from them.

There is this guy Markus. Abrupt fraud. They dont respond unless you send them 100 email. After that they come back to you with same excuse of losing parcel or delay in delivery. Complete fraud. Money rippers. They take your money and then utilise somewhere else and make profit znd regund you in months if you are lucky. Ttzl no to this company.

This company is based in Hong Kong and has no UK presence which is not the impression they give in their advertising. When you want to return an item they say they will deduct a handling charge as per their returns policy. Having printed off their returns policy there is no mention of such a charge therein. They are asking for £15 which is excessive. So please be aware of this before purchasing.

This company has a 14 day returns policy, except they don't refund your money! The phone was brand new, but the screen wouldn't lock during a call, so all buttons got pressed accidentally and it was impossible to keep talking.

I tried to contact EGlobal to cancel the order and they told me I could now only use the 14 day returns policy.

Big scam guys. I can't believe they have been up in business so long. Lost my 600 E. Never received the phone I bought through PayPal. Obviously PayPal stopped opening new cases on their resolution centre as there were many issues. Hence I could not get any refund. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
