“The part is well priced and was delivered promptly. Some slight fitting was required on the recoil cap as I was installing it on an ATI Fatboy rather than a Colt, but this was literally a couple of minutes with a file. The gun functions well with the new recoil assembly. Great part, would 100% recommend”

“I'm definitely giving EGW 5 stars... That being because they are just the very best company in the 1911 world. I'm just personally disappointed that the dowel pin isn't a few quality HD coiled spring pins so people that take the extractor out every cleaning can reinstall with new pin. So I purchased 100 quality USA made 420 stainless 5/64x9/16 pins from Grainger...I guess it's the OCD in me .... EGW... Great company....5 stars...🙂”
