I hope people look here before ordering! I unfortunately did not. I had 2 orders that had malfunctioning vapes and one that actually cut me taking out out of its package. Do you know what they did? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I got a BS response AFTER my 2nd order (that I paid for) was also messed up. I am out over $40 in product and they give no shits. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! EVER!!

do not buy from them. orders will take over a week! i live in Vegas and this company is based out in fullerton california less then 300 miles away. I order from selectvape.com and get my orders in 2 days with this pandemic going on. save your money and order somewhere else

Ordered a few days ago and everything got here today, thanks alot! Also have seen reviews about customer service issues and just wanted to say I havent had any problem with this company at all! Fast responses to my emails and everything came correct! Thanks again!

Ordered a sizeable amount of vape juice to get me through the COVID19 quarantine. Processing took a few days but once it was shipped out it got here to me across the country in no time! I am very happy with the products. I would use E juice vapor again & I would recommend them to my friends or anyone that vapes.

Took 10 days just for them to get my order shipped. No telling when it will arrive. Emailed on the 10th day and was told order will be shipped that day. Order was shipped but half my order was removed for some unknown reason. Will never buy from this company again and I suggest you don’t either.

Ordered on the 2nd, expected to arrive on the 11th. Haven't responded to my email inquiry. I will never do business with this site again, and suggest you do the same

This was the response after my complaint about not getting it withing the 3 day shipping I paid for..."We have to wait 7 daya from the day it was shipped, to see if any update is made. Thank You, EJuice Vapor" NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Ordered 2 120 ml bottles of juice and paid to ship 2 120 ml bottles of juice. Company cancelled 1 bottle (and refused to provide me with an explanation as to why), still charged me to ship both, and then shipped me the wrong juice. I contacted customer service and and got very limited response. I was instructed to send back the incorrect bottle, which I did. I asked for additional information about the shipping charge and they would not answer my email. I eventually (3 weeks after the initial order) received the 1 bottle that was not cancelled. They still have not answered as to why I paid to ship both bottles when only one shipped. This company is a complete rip off and their customer service is terrible. I will never order from them again and I would encourage you to think twice about doing so. By far the worst place I have ever ordered vape supplies from.

I was reading reviews right after I placed my order late last Tuesday night and it got me super worried. However, I received my order thismorning (less than a week later) and it was perfectly correct, and quality products. Not sure if something was corrected or if people were reviewing the wrong company but I ordered from Ejuocevapor.com and I would definitely order again.

i wrote an earlier review on the 16th.. im surprised to say after leaving tons of bad reviews and calling damn near everyone aside from the president himself, I got my complete order. nothing expired, nothing short.. im still only giving them one more star bc their customer service is HORRID. I still have not gotten any emails, phone calls, or apologies.. but at least i finally got my order, i guess

I have placed order what worth $68 and they just shipped it after 2 days delay and sent me puff bars instead wave bars . Scams business no replay what so ever

Ive placed 2 orders like an idiot. One on 3-13 and another on 3-17. Total of $57.62. Ive called the phone number only to be blocked. Sent 2 emails and no reply. Lesson learned. Do not order anything from this company under no circumstance

i ordered $113 worth of products on the 7th of march.. it is now the 16th... i have emailed them twice, called their bogus number multiple times and have gotten nothing!!! no tracking numbers, no updates, nada! How are they still in business?!?! I assumed since they were one of the first sites to pop up on google, that was a good indicator of a good company and i couldnt have been more wrong! I submitted a complaint with the BBB, but that doesnt mean much. Can anyone point me towards what i should do to get my money back?? its not like it was a small order!

I still have not received my order, but it took a week for it to get packed for shipping, then another week to arrive at the local USPS location. And now I receive notification that it will arrive yet another week later. I would have to say their stated timeframes do not reflect reality. I’m pretty sure the 5 star reviews are made by employees.

Order was in processing for almost a month, prior to even shipping it. Then when I received it, 5 out of my 8 items I ordered were missing. One of the items I did receive was damaged. Still waiting to hear back from support. I'm pretty sure they have no body actually assigned to answer questions and support customers. The service with this company is straight garbage. Never buying vape products from here again!!!

My delivery never came. Have tried unsuccessfully to contact them. They don't respond to emails and apparently the company number is someone's cell phone with no voicemail. Filed a complaint from BBB and they can't get a response from the company.

took my money & sent me the wrong juice two different times after returning the wrong juice back to them. have yet to receive correct juice & they refuse to email me back or refund my money after almost a month since original order was placed. waste of time money & peace of mind. stay away !

Literally the worst experience i’ve ever had. 0/10 would NEVER recommend. Ordered juice a month ago & they sent me the wrong juice. contacted their customer service & was sent a shipping label to return it. returned said juice & was sent the wrong juice AGAIN. have been waiting on either a refund or this new bottle of juice they’ve supposedly sent out that has been in pre shipment since the 26th of February. Now can’t seem to get a response from anyone regarding my package or my money. awful awful awful customer service & company. don’t waste your time, money or peace of mind.
