Second order placed with a lot more items. On the day of dispatch I realised at 3pm that I had over ordered on two intermediate switches. I I Phoned, spoke to a very helpful lady and explained my mistake. She phoned warehouse cancelled the two switches and phoned me back to confirm change of ordered/credit. Item delivered the following day by midday.
