How do I remove the glass cover so I can replace the bulb in my Electriq oven. I've tried turning it and pulling it but it won't budge.

I took Delivery of a electriq Bladeless Fan eq-AM07 yesterday via Appliances Direct. All the switches appear to work alright, but the fan does not, I have followed the directions within the manual to no effect. Can I bring the item direct to you for assessment or a replacement, or is there a reset button.
