“I received my balloon to find it already deflated. It left me no time to order a replacement for my daughter's special birthday. After your request for a photograph of it you had to afee and i was refunded. I was very disappointed.”

“Really sad about this service. Ordered balloon for my young Nephew on his birthday delivery slot was 19.30 had no impact and birthday was over. I called Company to express my upset and told thats how it is with the delivery company and it still is on the day. Would not use again or Recommend”

We are very sorry that your order did not arrive earlier in the day, on your selected day. Your order was a day following a bank holiday when courriers are very busy. We don't promise a delivery time on the day of delivery. We do however offer the opportunity to upgrade your delivery to a pre-10 or pre-12 delivery but this was not chosen on this occasion. I am afraid we have no further control over the delivery time of your order and can only apologise that this was too late for you. Thanks Elevation

“Not recommend at all. I orderd a banner for my baby christening and I never received it. I try to speak with them and no answer. They just take your money and never send the product. Dissapointed.”

“Not very please with this at all I ordered a birthday banner for my sisters 19th and it arrived a day late after her birthday and it’s come and its disappointing especially the size of it will not be ordering anything off this site again.”

“I placed my order for model balloons on Friday 8th Dec with the 5 day delivery as we needed them for Friday 15th but we never received the order which meant we had to refund several people for events we had booked in. I rang to chase my order up on 15th to be told we would receive them Saturday 16th but after arranging someone to be at the delivery address all day they were never delivered.”

“I made an order and the 27" paw patrol foil balloon did not arrive with the order. Very disappointed. I received a justice league balloon instead (see picture attached) please refund the amount for the missing balloon.”

“I haven't received my order yet. I phoned last Wednesday and was told they would be sent out that day. I've had numerous emails saying delivery was on its way but I still haven't received my goods. Yet payment has been taken. I'm praying they come very soon.”

“Ordered items on 12th July for a baby shower which was being held on 23rd July. Contacted company on 20th July as items still hadnt arrived they didnt get back to me, contacted again on 21st and 22nd july and still no contact. Today is 23rd July and still no items have arrived. The most awful service i have ever encounted thank you house of party for ruining my cousins baby shower.”

“Ordered items over a week ago and they still haven't arrived. Needed them for a party on Friday which they didn't come in time for. Main reason for using this site was the free shipping as items themselves were not much cheaper than other sites but wish I'd never bothered. Would not use again.”

“Terrible service. I order an urgent parcel with next day delivery on Wednesday and on Monday it has still not arrived. The package itself is now redundant as we needed it on Sunday. When I called up to find out where it is I was told that it had not been sent with special delivery at all. I will never use House of Party again.”

Hello, We are really sorry about this. As stated on the phone this was a terrible mistake at our end that I can only put our hands up and say sorry for. We refunded the postage cost incurred.
