“Terrible service. I order an urgent parcel with next day delivery on Wednesday and on Monday it has still not arrived. The package itself is now redundant as we needed it on Sunday. When I called up to find out where it is I was told that it had not been sent with special delivery at all. I will never use House of Party again.”

Hello, We are really sorry about this. As stated on the phone this was a terrible mistake at our end that I can only put our hands up and say sorry for. We refunded the postage cost incurred. If you do feel you can use us again, please ring and ask for me directly and I will ensure that we compensate further for this.
