“Poor chap there so busy I ended up driving in and waiting around. Told I would get a call back later that day with a quote but nothing for a couple of days so I purchased online and returned on the agreed online date. Bless him he remembered that he had forgotten to get back to me but I said I had already purchased online for an AM visit. Although I ask for a number of checks online form and also my 4x4 sensor which they said they could do and then didn't. He tried hard to fit me and had done so by midday. Use them yes but book online, be patient and expect to go for a coffee or sandwich and importantly do shop around.”

“Good work quality. Pleased to see a vehicle inspection carried out prior to work being done. A shame customers were being advised of a 3 hours wait as of 0900 in the morning.”

“This is new garage in Shaftesbury, I left my car for MOT and engine oil replacement. When I book it, I asked for a price and was told that they will charge me £120 in total (£40 Mot, £80 for oil) but at the end I paid £160. No information about oil density etc (that’s what I had on previous services when changed oil). The general service was ok, friendly staff but I’m not sure why I was charged more than was told. Unfortunately, had no time to go back and ask for explanation. Will call them after Easter.”

It appears that the lower price was for an MOT & oil and filter change only. The actual work completed was an MOT and an interim service, which is why the price was higher. “Very efficient fast solution to my slow puncture. Felt reassured with advice. I realise it was late in the day and maybe reception team were tired and had a bad day….. but a warm smile and would have been more welcoming and been a 5 star service.”
