“I took my Renault Scenic in for an MOT to the Coulsdon branch. As a result the offside rear brake pipe was advised to be replaced due to some damage. I requested this to be done. Upon completion I drove a short distance home. The following day when starting the car the dashboard red warning saying 'STOP Braking System Fault' was continuously illuminated. I then had to return the car to identify what the problem was. The result. It was admitted that the mechanic had not replaced the brake fluid when replacing the brake pipe, so there was virtually no brake fluid left. I am utterly appalled by this dereliction of the most basic care and attention given to a job which created a potentially very dangerous situation with my car. If I had been driving on a motorway afterwards, and the brakes failed due to lack of brake fluid, the consequences could have been catastrophic.”

“Went to Shaftesbury 'Elite' yesterday. The lady at reception was absolutely brilliant in every way. She was dashing here and there, in and out, into the workshop, out of the front door, getting her hands dirty, taking care of printouts and payments. Completely amazing! We have both our vehicles looked after at Elite Shaftesbury and could not recommend anywhere better.”

“What a great team! I had a nail in my tyre. Called Elite and they said I could bring the car in anytime. When I arrived they assessed the problem immediately, and then replaced the tyre whilst I waited. 30 minutes start to finish! Very friendly, very polite, would highly recommend. Thank you Elite!”

“I’ve been going to the manning heath elite garage for a few months now as I bough a car with a really slow puncture. Every 6 weeks I called in and a really nice guy Jake pumped up my tyres and reset my car. He was brilliant welcoming me each time and sorting the tyre pressures as I was useless at this kind of thing. I ended up buying a new tyre which he got in the same day and fitted it quickly checking the rest of the tyres for me. He is an absolute gem of a guy, really professional and has the kind of customer service you don’t get these days! He is such a credit to the garage and now I’ll have to come back and change the rest of the tyres when they are due so you haven’t got rid of me! Everyone on site were friendly and helpful. Thanks Jake for sorting my car and showing me how to use stuff on the dash! This car is wasted on me but you were superb! So thank you for your time the last 12 months! Traci”

“Finishing your night shift, to find you have a flat tyre, not a great start to the day. RAC patrolman identified tyre valve was kn.ckered, spare wheel put on car, and recommendation to take vehicle to Elite. What a fabulous recommendation that was. Very very very helpful, personable guys at Elite. Callum did a great job of sorting things out ( even checked other valves, and put wheel back on vehicle). Hayley reception professional and empathic. Thank you, I look forward to my car being serviced at the garage in the new year. A very positive experience from what was a stressful start to the day!”

“Very poor experience and draw out process when a part that was fitted to my Saab 93 was found to be faulty, it's been in about of the garage since June 25 it's now Sept 25. I've had nothing but excuses and messing about. I'm having the part fitted at my own expense with a different garage as it's taking too long to resolve. I won't be returning the Brighton branch or recommending to anyone”

“My car was written off after Elite ruined my car fitting a clutch . I received no support and after 10 months of wrangling had to accept that they were going to do absolutely nothing to accept responsibility. I live locally and thought wrongly that using a local business would be the right thing. I had to buy a new car . Would never ever trust this garage again”
