“We are so impressed with the help and service we received here. Our car had a flat battery so we required help to simply get it to the garage, repair the issues and MOT the car. Even though they were short staffed and extremely busy, everything was sorted efficiently and speedily. Gemma, on reception duty and working in the garage, was amazing! Great customer service.”

“Once again, really happy with Elite Garages Brighton. One of my tires had gone completely flat while driving locally. I had an important meeting out of town that afternoon and the team took care of replacing the tyre (giving me a range of options) and had me back on the road swiftly”

“I am a regular repeat customer to Elite Maidstone. Today I was met with the usual courtesy and good humor. The fault with the vehicle was diagnosed very quickly, the work was carried out promptly and effectively. The price was very reasonable and I left a very satisfied customer. Yet again. “Yet again, sterling service from all at Elite Canterbury. My front left wheel was making a noise like a rusty old washing machine. The car was taken in right away and checked. The problem? A stone trapped in the wheel. Apparently the second case today. The staff refused to take any money for the fix! We already had a high opinion of them - it’s stratospheric now. Thank you!”

“Booking system is a total waste of time. Ordered tyre and selected a morning appointment for 11:00 to 11:30. Arrived at 11:10 to be told that there would be at least a 3 hour wait. So what is the point of having a booking system with time slots if you are unable to keep to anything remotely close to the chosen time? Cancelled the booking and came home.”
