“I was unfortunate to break down on Monday. I called Elite to see if I could be recovered to them and was told to bring it in. I left it with them expecting to hear news about the repair on Wednesday. About an hour and a half after I dropped it off I received a phone call telling me what was wrong and the price to fix it. More importantly I was told that it would be completed by Tuesday lunchtime. I can't say enough how polite, courteous and prompt Elite were. I have used Elite regularly for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Thank you Elite”

“The MOT was completed efficiently and on time and staff were friendly and relaxed. The only minus point was having to go next door to the shop to pay which for me was a drag because I am old and have mobility problems.”

“I brought my car in for an MOT recently and the work was done very efficiently. The men behind the Reception Desk were extremely helpful when my car failed. They helped me when I had to deal my warranty at the Kia garage. I would definitely use this garage again.”
