Do not order from Ellis Bringham!! I order the Men’s Denali North Face Jacket, the website clearly indicates next day delivery and I heard nothing from them about my order. I had to send a complaint that I did not receive my order and only then did they communicate with me. There was no attempt to help me and customer service was not at all apologetic. I told them I don’t want the jacket anymore and they still offered no sympathy or help. Do not order from here you will get the same terrible experience”
“Ordered a pair of leggings which arrived bunched up in the box, with a ladies hair, down feathers, and a hole in the bum. Had clearly been worn before despite the tags on.”
“Awful company who don’t know what they are doing. The staff have no knowledge and they have wasted a lot of my time. The boots that I had fitted have had to be refitted twice wasting days on my holiday. They got it completely wrong don’t bother stepping foot in the door.”

Was told my order would be dispatched the following day. 3 days later i get a message saying some of my items are out of stock, and they are trying to source them despite saying instock at the time of ordering. “Ellis Brigham - Bristol Store: What an absolutely awful, horrible company to deal with. Great at taking your money, but what as advised by the staff that you have 21 days to return the goods if unused and unworn etc. What they don't tell you - is that if you pay cash, you can't have your money back quite so easily. You must accept a cheque in 14 days time... (but of course they will not accept a cheque in payment???) which can take a further 10 working days to clear. I was met by a particularly nasty, aggressive, unhelpful store manager who would be better suited to guarding the docks on a dark night. Store customer service was nill. The matter was finally resolved by a helpful and professional guy from their head office customer service team - who was equally annoyed by the store managers attitude. Please do go elsewhere if you want a good customer service expereince!!!”
