"In July this year I accepted a quote from Richard Abrahams, Elmhurst Windows, for a new porch installation to the front of my house. Due to a change in circumstances I needed to change the current installation to a patio style sliding door set up.\r\nI had already had a quote from a large well known company, which did not impress me. When Richard quoted slightly over \u00a32000 less, it was a no brainer, after all Elmhurst had been located in Whitkirk for over forty years and had good reviews. The offer was enhanced further, when Richard offered me another discount, due to the circumstances I found myself in, something he did out of the goodness of his heart.\r\nI was told the job would be completed within six to eight weeks, and around that time I was given an installation date. Unfortunately a few days before installation it was cancelled, due to a problem with the manufacture of the door. The date had to be pushed back a few weeks, but it was installed on the 4th October,\r\nThe installer's were very friendly and efficient, the installation was completed without any fuss or bother to me, and everything was left tidy when they left.\r\nSo in summary, I would say I bought a quality product, from a very reputable local company at an unbeatable price, I am very happy.
