“I bought the candle, diffuser and hand wash as gifts so I am unable to comment on the perfume. The cards are unusual but to be truthful rather expensive for the size. I had to contact the firm as my order didn't arrive. This problem was addressed and I did receive the parcel in time for the birthday. However I am still waiting for one of my cards which I was assured would be posted separately.”
“I’ve purchased room diffusers on several occasions, and did so again last week as a birthday gift for my daughter. Sadly, the courier didn’t follow the noted delivery instruction, and took the package to the mail depot. This meant that my daughter had to rearrange delivery and, as a busy working mother, use up her valuable free time. Also, this made the gift late for her birthday.”
