One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. First order I made, the booster dropped out halfway through, and the company failed to inform me until weeks went by with no progress and I had to hassle them about it to get a new booster started. The second order I made never even got started. Waited more than 3 weeks and still had to get answers from the company by hounding them about it, and they said that nobody was available to complete the order…for almost an entire month?? Terrible communication and terrible effort to get my orders done in a timely manner. Do NOT order from these people. Terrible company service with terrible communication. Never doing that again.

7 hours after the order being placed, terrible service was provided. I had to try so hard to win 4 out of 9 games with the booster. Holding gold elimination and damage dealt almost every game. Absolutely terrible

The support is terrible, they're good in welcoming but worst to get the work done. whenever I message them they will say i'll contact the booster and doesn't even follow up. I personally gave my email to give me notice and had to follow up for straight 3 days. Their boosters are bunch of unprofessional kids. I specifically mentioned in order notes that not to touch the locker and still they messed up everything in locker. I had to beg behind the booster to see when he's online and when I can login. I told him tell me before he login and still without any notice , the booster started playing on my account. Very slow in delivery and the support doesn't even care if the customer is happy or not. I would better find somewhere instead of taking this worthless expensive service. I shouldn't have comeback after my first terrible experience where they took 15 days to finish one order.

The boosting is professional and well done, with good speed. The issue is that every season that I have boosted, I have also been suspended. I have followed every step that elosoar has outlined and it has been worthless. Either the VPN isnt set up right, or some other tell is happening.

Made a 50$ coaching order on Dec 3. As of Dec 22 I have received no coaching and minimal contact with my assigned coach. Every time we talk I get a let’s try for tomorrow or “my Xbox broke.” Eventually I went to the Zendesk for help and they said My coach will contact me soon. He still hasn’t. Days later I asked for my 50$ back and they said they will try and contact the coach. I just clicked on the first website I saw skimmed some reviews and thought well this will be quick and helpful. Nope I’m out 50$ with nothing to show for it.
